• Ammenities offered at the hotel were excellent. A very spacious room.

“The hotel was very clean, spacious rooms with excellent facilities. Tennis/Basketball court, pool and hot tub. They offered a full breakfast and social hour included with the hotel stay. We really enjoyed our stay. If we are in the Tucson area, we will definitely stay here again.”

“This hotel was perfect for our large family as the rooms are good size and there is a sofa bed. Even though we aren't in our room much, it is convenient to have the kitchen for food and drinks. It is especially nice and cost effective to have the breakfast on site also. They also accommodated our request for a late checkout.”

• Very nice lobby and layout.
• The bed was a double.

“Nice suites with luxurious everything but the bed was a double. I'm 6'6" and I had my wife with me. The free breakfast was okay but the good stuff went to the early birds and they were slow to replace it. The pool has a hot tub with jets you can turn on, even in January it was great.”

“It is right off of a busy intersection, but tucked back a bit, so traffic noise not a problem. Not really a picturesque location, or romantic, but seems safe enough.”

• The roller bed didn't work good.

• The suites were very well equipped, even the kitchen.
• Not enough seating in the breakfast room.

“We enjoyed our stay in Tucson very much. The breakfasts were varied and tasty. The evening reception turned out to be a meal. The rooms were beautiful. The shower heads were the best.”

• No complaints.

“The front desk staff was friendly. Accommodated my request for a top story room. Room was great. Spacious, full-size kitchen. My friend said the sofa bed was more comfortable then the usual hotel ones. The king size bed was great. I got a warm, not hot, shower, but my friends both had hot ones. Breakfast was decent. Good coffee. Finding it was a little tricky, as it's tucked away off a main road, but overall it's a great location. Hope to win this hotel again.”

• Friendly staff, clean rooms, good neighborhood.
• Carpet was still wet from recent shampooing.

“The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms and grounds were clean and well maintained. The only complaint was that the carpet was still wet from having been shampooed earlier in the day. Thank you.”

• Breakfasts were wholesome, the food plentiful and delicious.
• The facility needs a sign directing a left turn from Williams¿s rd. Access is confusing.

“We were in Tucson for medical treatment. The residency's location was a conveniently short distance from the hospital. Our suite at the residency was ideally laid out for post-surgical recovery. We are low-maintenance folk, but the hotel staff was a joy to work with on the occasion or two we needed a little assistance. Illness aside, it was a most pleasant stay.”

• The hotel had everything that we needed. Great room.
• The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke and it was supposed to be non smoking.

“The hotel was great, the room was great. The only problem with the room was the stale cigarette smoke. Other than that the room was great and the price was wonderful. ”
