“Since we had just came from the Hyatt regency in phoenix, we knew it would be hard to compete with. Your hotel was much better than what we had imagined. The beds were very comfortable, we were expecting springs in our back and the room was large. Overall it was good.”

“Arizona is the destiantion of many seniors and not having an elevator is ridiculous. I estimate more than half the customers were seniors and I saw many seniors struggling with their baggage to get up to the second floor.”

“Was conveniently located. Hotel nice and clean. Breakfast was a disaster. Eggs and bacon pans were empty for the entire 15 min that we sat there. Juice was watery. The woman manning the breakfast area seemed more concerned with emptying the garbage than making sure that the food was available.”

“This hotel is a good location for visiting Tombstone. They provide a nice hot breakfast, free access to internet, laundry supplies, and it is a clean facility. I believe they are also the only facility in the area with a pool.”

“I definitely would stay at this hotel again - and plan to do so. It's very close to downtown Tombstone, AZ and close to a gas station too. It sits atop a hill above the town and the view is awesome of the surrounding mountains. However, it would be so considerate of other guests if they did not talk so loudly in the halls - maybe signs could be placed to remind guests that other guests do appreciate quiet.”

“Pool was dirty and needed to be cleaned more often. The need to get different hair shampoo & conditioner they don't work and they smell is awful.”

“I asked the hotel clerk that my wife has problems, handicap going upstairs to 2nd floor. He told me that all rooms were booked on the 1st floor, and could not help us. Didn't fit well with me.”

“A pretty new hotel located in an area that seriously needed a larger, well-recognized hotel. Very well decorated. The front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was simple, but very good and filling. Certainly exceeded my expectations. Raised my opinion of Holiday Inn in general.”

“Hotel is located right outside of Tombstone, which makes for a quiet atmosphere. The view from our window was nice. The complimentary breakfast was good enough and had a variety of choices, and a staff person was there at all times to make sure the food didn't run out.”

“Hotel property was near Tombstone points of interest; beautiful view. However, the smoke detector began emitting a quick high shrill beep sometime after midnight. We notified staff at checkout and they did not offer an apology or any compensation.”

“The cost of this hotel was quite expensive for a senior with a very limited budget and it did not offer any extras, such as dining room (it does provide a limited cold breakfast).”

“This hotel was a pleasure to stay in. The young man at the front desk was pleasant and friendly, the rooms were very clean and tidy, and the bathrooms were spectacular. I would be happy to stay there again.”

“I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the facility, the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel. They even had high speed internet which was surprising for this location. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“For a newer hotel there where stains on the carpet and the bedspread. The room was like being in jail, very depressing. Tombstone was a junky, trashy tourist trap I would never return.”

“Stayed here with my kids on a trip. I was told that we are walking distance from the town. Absolutely incorrect unless you want to walk with children on a major highway. We ended up staying in the hotel the entire time. Only good thing was that we did walk next door to have dinner at Ranch22 in Best Western Lookout Lodge which ended up making our visit slightly better. The food was excellent and the service was superb. Staff took time even to explain to us where to go in the morning to some known sites for wild bird viewing and were extremely helpful, wish we had stayed there. But we were told if we check out we will have to pay. so we stayed at the Holiday Inn. Suggest you stay at the Best Western if you have kids.”
