• Great overall ambiance and location. Very comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff.

“ Fiseta Resort is an attractive hotel with Southwest style architecture and a lovely courtyard. Rooms are updated and feature quality furniture and bedding. Very convenient location to Route 10 and ASU. ”

• Nice and comfortable bed.
• Only allowed to stay one day instead of two because of overbooking.

“The hotel was nice and clean, but we couldn't enjoy a two day stay because the hotel was overbooked. They sent us to another hotel that wasn't as nice. The desk personnel were helpful but since I was checking in at 9 pm, I really didn't want to go to another location in a city I was not familiar with.”

• There was a gap under the door that I think looked very tacky, the toilet bowl did not flush right, no towel racks in the bathroom.

“The motel was okay, I liked the bed, it was comfortable. Everything else was just okay. The room was too small.”

• Convenient, comfortable, pleasant pool area, good breakfast however slow service but would stay again.
• That we couldn't not get out to the pool from the pool side of your room.

• The shuttle driver kept us waiting 1 and 1/2 hours, with no explanation!

“I am pregnant and went out to a movie with several girl friends staying at the hotel as well. We called for the shuttle at 10:30pm and the driver came by with no excuse at 12:00am. The driver was given our number and we communicated with the front desk telling us that he would be there in 10 minutes. I came back to the hotel room with swollen ankles having to sit and wait for our driver for 1 1/2 hours! Other then our shuttle experience the hotel was great. We had no choice in the hotel. This is were our business meeting was set at.”

• Very nice.
• Everything was okay.

“Really nice place. I liked it a lot. Stayed there a few weeks with a break in between. One thing was I left a suit in my room, when I returned 2 weeks later, the hotel service staff had kept it and returned it to me. Really appreciated that!”

“This is a beautiful resort/hotel. The entry and bathroom were tiled or wood floor for ease for handicapped use. Courteous, friendly staff and lots of privacy. Landscaping was exceptionally pretty and well maintained.”

• Chairs faced the bed and not the TV, not a lot of room to watch
  TV using the chairs.

• Very plush and comfortable bed.
• WiFi was very slow.

“Excellent older resort among many newer properties. However, it is very well maintained and the rooms have been updated to be as nice or nicer than any of the new places. This translates into an excellent value.”

• Location, rooms were clean and could tell they had been renovated recently.
• Rooms were small and TV was terrible.

“We found the hotel to be clean and newly renovated. Close by many restaurants and shops. Was disappointed that the room was not clean the next day while we were out.”

• Good location near ASU. Nice pool.
• No free breakfast and free coffee only M-F. TV ancient, small, out of focus.

“If you need to be in Tempe, it's a nicely landscaped, older hotel. Room was clean - wish it could have been cleaned earlier than 3-4pm. TV was old and awful - blurry and past its prime. Very small fridge, no microwave.”

• The decor and the bed.
• Breakfast too much money.

“This is a beautiful hotel with a great pool and hot tub. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the outside fire place area.”

• Walked into room with hard wood floors and air conditioner on room was cool.
• Not the friendliest staff but no need for them much.

• Nachos in the restaurant - dry!

• Could not pull into drive in front of hotel to register.
