  • The location and there are microwaves and refrigerators in some rooms.
  • Too small, no coffee pot, AC burned, had to move to lower quality room in middle of night.

“My experience at this hotel was very uncomfortable. The room was extremely small, even for one person. There was no coffee pot in the room so I asked for one. I was told all hotels are moving away from having pots in the room and I could have coffee in the lobby who wants to get dressed to have coffee? The AC was very loud so I turned it off. In the middle of the night it came on with the smell of something burning. I had to be moved to another room at 1:30am. After getting there I realized there was no refrigerator and microwave as in the other room so my food spoiled. The only good thing about that hotel was the fridge and microwave.”

  • The cost.
  • Carpet needed cleaning.

“This hotel could be a lot better with some updating and removal of extremely unflattering mirrors over the headboard area.”

  • Great location, friendly staff.
  • Needs some remodeling.

“The hotel was in a good location, close to malls and the beaches. Good, helpful, and friendly staff. Nice large rooms. Could use a little remodeling or updating. I would use this hotel again for a weekend stay.”

  • Was convenient to my work location.
  • Continental breakfast horrible.

“Rooms very small and almost institutional felt like I was in a cross of jail cell and a dorm room.”

  • Very disappointed.
  • Experience was not at all what we expected.

“First of all the price that we got was cheaper than we paid when we got there. We were told it would be 39.95 and they charged us 59.95 plus tax. I have an ill sister there and we were there for her. I was very upset with the whole thing.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[5] • Location:[5]

  • Pleasant and helpful staff.
  • Dairy entranceway, hair on sheets, foul odor from bathroom sinks.

“The expanded continental breakfast consist of only the following: bagel, muffin, coffee, tea and orange aid. The menu was the same everyday. I changed rooms because of the sink odors. Positive: A good price for a hotel.”
