“The staff was very friendly, the location prime. However, the appearance of the room left much to be desired. It was damp, had a moldy smell to the 2 rooms they moved me to, and the room lighting was poor. I was expecting more.”

“They charged my card twice so I didn't have enough money in my account to pay. My account with in the negative and they acted like they didn't want to solve the problem! I wouldn't stay there anymore!”

“I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I felt the bathrooms need to be a little bigger. The beds were extremely comfortable the service was A+. I would stay there again.”

“The carpets where very dirty and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very bad, there where bugs running in the stairs and the hall smelled like vomit and beer. I was horrible and this time I brought my entire family I was very upset.”

“Beds were too soft and there was no hot water our last day. Also, $10 per day parking charge seemed excessive as the property was not in the central part of Downtown.”

“The airlines billet the crew here; I've found that to be a 'green flag'. This a nice property. I'd make an effort to spend a little more time in the area when I have a chance.”

“The hotel is ok. You can tell it is a franchised operation. The room was ok, had a tiny bathroom but a good bed and chair. There is a $10 charge to park overnight in the lot.”

“I liked the entrance/lobby attractions. The location was good because we were close to landmarks. I felt safe. The access to internet and pools with hammocks made me feel like I was vacationing. The restaurant prices were steep to me but we managed.”

“The hotel appears to have undergone recent renovations, but I don't think they're complete. The decorator did a great job, but they didn't invest in the less glamorous basics. For example, they had lovely granite countertops, but choose to keep the older scratched faucets. Or they put new wallpaper and shower curtains in the bathroom but tried to just paint over the old water stained/mildewed pop corned ceiling. Other than that, and the old yellowed outlets next to the new wallpaper and fresh paint, the hotel was gorgeous. The furniture was high end and comfortable, there were ample towels, and everything was clean, and there were hammocks by the pool.”

“The beds were very comfortable, the room was satisfactory except for the bathtub, I have small children that still take baths, and the bathtub was course and had rust stains. I was also overcharged for daily parking.”

“The Wyndham Jacksonville Riverwalk in Jacksonville, FL actual is a nice hotel. It just needs to fix/update a couple of things (bathroom, hallway, and lighting) to really be a high 3 star hotel. Customer service was overall pretty good except the time I came back from my outing and the valet parking was not available (In which I paid for valet parking). The bed was very comfortable and the down comforter was very soft. So you will have a good night sleep. I suggest you make arrangement with the sales department and order the suites. The price is step but you gets you're monies worth.”

“Every door in this place looks like it had been broken into. Food trays left in the hallway for at least 18 hours. Smelled very bad. Rooms are small and crowded. The bathroom is almost non existent. They completely locked my credit card up for my entire stay which put a damper on our weekend. No kiddies pool for smaller kids. Dead batteries in remote control. Vending machines that took your money. Very snotty desk personnel. Difficult to get in or out of parking lot. People screaming in the hallways after midnight. Overall awful exp. from top to bottom. Wouldn't let my dog stay there if they paid him.”
