• Convenient location to downtown, easy access and adjacent Einsteins restaurant.
• Self parking fee was $10.00 per day. Would have liked a heads up on that.

• The staff was excellent! I look forward to returning to this hotel.
• The bathroom was very small. The shades/blinds let to much light in the room when they were closed.

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues. The facility contained several large rooms useful for presentations, conferences, etc.”

• From elevator to floor lobby to the hotel rooms and bathroom are not 3 star, instead
  I give 2 or 2.5 star.

• Close to downtown and train station.
• The ceiling above the toilet was sagging and looked as if there might have been a leak from above ...wonder what was leaking ?

• Lighting in room/bathroom inadequate.

“I was really impressed with the hotel overall. Valet/service staff was great. The entry in the hotel is great. The front desk staff needs some customer service review. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable.”

• Rooms were spectacular with the exception of the bathroom area.

• The bellman and valets were excellent and friendly.
• The rooms were very dirty, the hotel was falling a part.

“I will not stay in this hotel again. We could not get ice on our floor, and when we called the front desk to get some they told us to check each floor until we found some. The carpets were dirty, the bathrooms were small. The roof looked like it was falling in some places. The hotel should be torn down and rebuilt by another hotel brand.”

“Room key didn't work twice, musty smelling room, mold in shower, no hot water for shower, TV channels were fuzzy, rooftop AC units next to my room, very loud, fire alarm went on at 4:45 in the morning, staff was very rude, carpets threadbare, non lighted parking area, charged 10.00 a day for non-secured parking, 2 light bulbs burned out in room, very unpleasant visit, wouldn't recommend.”

• Mold all over walls, ceilings & bedding!

“The moment we walked through the door to our room, I had said it smelled like mold, but being so late, we went directly to bed. Slept in due to late night and had the room darkening curtains pulled. We got up, dressed and were out the door for the day. Upon coming back, my husband turned on what lights he could find that worked (you had to flip the bathroom light switch on and off several times in a row to come on and the light next to the door never did come on) and lied down on the bed and looked up at the ceiling and immediately jumped up and got me so that I could see the mold that was all over the room. There was black mold all over the ceiling, walls, bath tub and even the top bedding. It was disgusting. We had our camera and took pictures of all of it because I doubt anyone would have believed us otherwise. To top it off, I have extreme allergies. He called the front desk and told them about the room, so they moved us to another one. They did not offer any compensation what so ever for having to spend one night out of two in a mold infested room. Had I have known this when I went to bed that night, I would have slept in the car or went directly to another hotel. The room that we were moved to also had a strange odor and when my husband took his socks off, the carpet was wet and smelled like a damp basement! I left my socks on and the bottom of them were black! Then my husband was looking at something funny on top of the entertainment center and turned a light on to see what it was and there was enough dust on top of there to grow plants. Again, I took pictures and again, it was disgusting. And again - I have extreme allergies, the single most being dust. I will never stay in another Wyndham again.”

• Lobby was nice and hotel is next to Riverwalk that made it nice.
• Room had a heavy mildew smell that was giving us sinus problems.

“Hotel is convenient to St. Johns river and is close to many nice restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. The hotel has a nice lobby, but the restaurant for the hotel has little to no service and would not eat there in the future. The rooms are mildewed from a water problem in the past. You would think they would change the underskirt of the bed to not show the water stains. Sad that this is in a perfect location but is not a 3 star hotel in my opinion.”

• The restaurant for breakfast looked like a meeting room.

• This hotel was an excellent value.

“The hotel was clean, the rooms and beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful in every aspect. The location was great as we were convenient to restaurants, shopping and Jax Stadium. I would definitely return and recommend to friends.”
