“Great clean rooms, super quiet, really good free breakfasts, USA Today at the door every morning, good laundry facilities, good parking, on a quiet street. Surpassed our expectations.”

“I booked the hotel for my mom, so I don't know the answers, although she said she loved it. I did want to say that I believed I was booking the location in Santa Barbara, and the reservation was messed up, so she stayed 10 miles from the location we were attending a wedding at. She did say she was impressed with the hotel though.”

• I liked the location and the breakfast.
• The air conditioner did not cool the room correctly.

“The staff was great, willing to help with dinner suggestions. Parking was close and safe. Freeway access was close and easy. The breakfast was perfect. Overall a great experience.”

“This room had coffee still left in the coffee pot and there were someone's toenail clippings left on the ottoman. Pretty bad when you are tired and want to relax and be comfortable.”

• Continental breakfast.
• The cleaning staff did not clean the rooms very well.

“We liked the hotel overall but had an issue with the cleanliness of the room. The cleaning staff did a fine surface cleaning but there were many areas that needed a better cleaning. We brought our two year old and there was debris that she found in the room on the floor. We were not happy with that but enjoyed the breakfast, pool, workout room, and front desk staff.”

• It was very clean and the accommodations were very comfortable!
• Simply that it wasn't right on the beach.

• Very polite staff, attractive rooms, excellent breakfast.
• Air conditioner was noisy.

“The hotel had easy access to highways, local restaurants, and attractions. The staff was polite and efficient. The room amenities were very nice. Thick towels, comfortable bed, wide screen TV. Overall, very pleasant.”

• Almost everything. It was great!
• Bathroom could be updated.

“We are pretty picky about the hotels we stay at and were a little nervous since we had not stayed here before. We all loved it! The room felt very clean. They do "triple sheeting" and the carpet seemed to be new. We will definitely stay here for now on.”

“I had booked a room with two queen beds but when I got to the hotel I instead got one king bed. I was traveling with my fiancé, brother and sister thus needed two queen beds.”
