• Charming.
• No views, extremely rude staff, small rooms, no closet for clothes.

“The women in the office were extremely rude. They had no reason to act this way, except for the fact that I am hard of hearing. This seemed to irritate them. They even told me and my wife that if we didn't like their attitude that there were other hotels in Cambrian. Too bad. The structure itself is charming. It was too late for us to find another hotel without reservations, so we had to bite our tongues and pay for one night.”

• Close to local attractions.
• Worst room I've ever stayed in.

“I will never stay here again. The ice bucket and cups for the room are made out of paper; the room was very small; there is no temperature control for the heater, just a wall switch to turn it on; no clock radio in the room; no ironing board and iron; towels are really rough to the touch; and the shower handle came off in my husband's hand when he turned the water on.”

• Rooms, old. very cold reception, curt response, treated guests like criminals ( kept remotes in office), charges for every phone call, spa was unkept.

• It is close to the ocean, and Hwy 1
• Price is outrage ($203.50 per nit for a one queen bed, and noisy heater).

“This hotel's pictures on the Internet is quit deceiving, it shows ocean view all you see from your room is parking cars, rooms are so basic, walls has been painted many times by unprofessional, heater had constant noise all night, on top of it very bad hospitality by the staff. I got ripped off, I would not recommend it.”
