• The cleanliness was great.and the staff was very efficient and friendly.

“We stayed only one night but it was everything we expected plus more. The room was clean as was everywhere we went in the hotel. It was a pleasant experience.”

• The reception they had in the evening was nice.
• The hotels facing the front of the building should come with a warning about highway noise.

• I like the fact that they were serving an appetizer in the evening.
• The water in the Jacuzzi was not very hot at all.

• Hpy hour.
• Lack of stairways.

“Good hotel for travelers, close to the freeway. Too close to the freeway for others. Outside of the lobby it was sort of dingy. Pool was open until 10:00 pm, however the door going back in the hotel was closed at 7:00 pm, and even the hotel key would not open the door. This meant walking around to the front of the hotel to get in. Good hotel for one or two nights.

• Morning breakfasts and hot tub were very good. Appreciated having two computers in lobby area.

“The atmosphere was very welcoming, like your favorite aunt's house. Breakfasts had fresh fruits as well as eggs, waffles, etc; very good. The housekeeping staff smiled and was friendly and helpful. Two computers in the lobby made getting access very convenient. Rooms had microwave and fridge and comfortable queen beds. The out side hot tub was very nice. Parking was convenient.

• Breakfast was ok.
• The room was dirty with mold in the bathroom.

“The room was dirty with mold in the shower and around the sink also the wall paper was peeling off in some places, when we complained nothing was done or offered, they only said we are remodeling but I saw no sign of work. Also no work out room on premises.”

• Clean pool and Jacuzzi. Pretty good breakfast.
• The front desk staff was not friendly whatsoever.

“Overall, a good experience. Easy access to freeway, comfortable room, room smelled and appeared fairly clean. The front desk staff was borderline rude and when I asked for a restaurant recommendation nearby, they were clueless! Nice clean pool and spa outside.”

• They seem to be a bit understaffed considering this was a holiday weekend.

“The Country Inn and Suites in Camarillo is located right off of highway 101 in Camarillo. Close to shops and restaurants. Nearby the outlet malls as well as the tourist areas of Ventura and the Channel Islands Harbor complex.”

• Cost, ease from freeway, pool.
• Had to pay $15.00 for roll away, and take it up by self serve.

“Great hotel for the money. The happy hour provides 2 drinks and snacks, the breakfast buffet provided the necessary food for the day. Kept it simple and easy.”

• Convenient and quiet location. Hot breakfast and cocktail reception.
• Room carpet was dirty; white socks turned black. Bubble gum on bed spread.

“This particular Country Inn and Suite is showing its age requiring refurbishment. It isn't up to the standard of other Country Inns that we have stayed in. The rooms are a generous size with a dressing area with vanity separate from the bathroom. Rooms are equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator. Internet access was very good and swift. We would stay here again.”
