“The best ever! Being from Vegas and a smoker it's hard to find a CA casino that is smoker friendly. Great stuff! Clean rooms, pleasant people, excellent!”

“I fell in the bathroom after a shower and slammed my head on the marble due to the lack of a bathmat near the shower door. The Em's came and said I had a goose head on my head and encouraged me to see a doctor. The hotel did not even mention the incident when I checked out. After thinking about it when I got home, I wrong them a complaint letter and they never even responded! I'm annoyed that they did not acknowledge by correspondence.”

• It was close to the area we spent most of our time at.
• Checked in early, room wasn't ready but told we would be on the 7th floor, when room was ready, got 6th floor.

“I was impressed with all they had to offer, very good place to stay if you want all the amenities without ever leaving the premises.”

• The room was very nice and extremely comfortable.
• No convenience stores nearby and need more entertainment.

“The overall stay was excellent, we had lots of fun. The rooms were very nice and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend that you visit at least once to enjoy the stay for yourself.”

• Very nice rooms...extremely comfortable beds...in-room soap is by Gilchrist & Soames (nice!) Great Pool area!
• Not much for kids except the pool and a tiny arcade.

“This is my second stay and I still love it. The first stay was in a Deluxe room with a Canyon View. This time was without the view. Honestly, the view looked the same to me (mountain and parking lot in both) but maybe that was only us. Very romantic room a”

• The Pool.
• The food and the freezing temperature of casino.

“Basically it was nice, for the pool for the kids, except the food was horrible. There was the smallest arcade ever, the gift shop was nil and far between, and the rooms were satisfactory, yet carpet in room terrible. It was unbelievable, though, how absolutely freezing the casino was, in that, if you didn't have winter clothes on you'd be an ice cube. We stopped gambling between we couldn't stand the cold and so did several others in the evening.”

• The only good thing about this hotel is the restaurant Cielo's. It was truly 5 star!
• we were given a smoking room when we requested non-smoking. The room was dirty, stained and noisy.

“This hotel was close to the outlet mall shopping, which was convenient for resting after a long day. However, the registration staff was not friendly or accommodating The room we received was dirty, the carpet was stained and there were black marks on the ceiling (I don't want to guess how that came about). The gift shop didn't offer the necessities. The spa was double most prices of the major spa/resorts nearby. The only good thing I have to say about Morongo is that the restaurant Cielo's had outstanding food, service and drinks. The atmosphere is breathtaking and very unique. However, I would not go back, especially when other hotels are a mere 20 minutes away.”

• Staff was so friendly, area relaxing, room was great.
• We had to wait 45 minutes before they could take us to our room because the room was not ready.

• The custom showers are excellent. The interior design is gorgeous flat screen TV and CD player- awesome!
• The first lady I spoke with on the phone was pretty rude and lacked knowledge. Everyone else was very nice.

“The rooms at this place are well worth the money! They are excellent for couples looking for a little romantic getaway. The interior of these rooms are spectacular and are especially ergonomically designed for romantic fun! The showers are custom designed and the beds are so comfortable! The room comes with flat screen TV and CD player. Pleasing to the eye and body!”
