• Continental, very quiet room and comfortable beds. Choice of restaurants near by.
• The continental breakfast was not as good as other Holiday Express hotels I've stayed at.

“I would recommend this hotel to travelers needing to catch a flight. Very quiet, close to airport and they have shuttle service.”

• The location wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst either.

• The staff was very friendly. called me as soon as I got to my to make sure everything was ok.
• Not close to shopping or the Warf of cab cost 60 dollars.

“My stay and the staff was awesome! The location wasn't near anything we wanted shopping, the Warf etc. There was only one restaurant called Max's, awesome food service was alright. Cab cost 60 dollars to get down town. Parking was good at the hotel, and the continental breakfast was plenty.”

• Quality breakfast included in the room rates, proximity to freeway without noise.
• Quality of beds is not up to the star level (too bouncy), key cards had to be reset several times.

“Overall, this hotel offers a good value. Free breakfast was surprisingly good in terms of quality and choices. While it is close to Freeway, the room was not noise. Free parking in San Francisco area adds more value. A major drawback was poor quality of beds.”

• Helpful, courteous, friendly staff! Very clean rooms, lobby and parking lot, easy access on and off highway was convenient.
• View looking out.

• Free parking, free internet access, free breakfast.
• They set off the fire alarm and were loud and obnoxious.

“It exceeded my expectations. It was a great hotel with great perks and very economical. I'm glad we chose to stay there and not spend the money on the Marriott.”

• The helpfulness of the front desk staff was outstanding.
• Had to walk too far to our room and then he key did not work and had to walk back.
