• Nice girl at front desk.
• Extremely shady customer service. No Fox news - even though they "get a lot of complaints".

“Checked in, didn't like the room or the fact that they don't have Fox News (FNC). I called the desk and politely told them that I would be leaving as I did not like the lack of FNC or some elements of the room. I asked for the Manager, and they said, not in. I was in the room for a total of 10 minutes! As I left, they tried to get me to sign a document stating that I would pay the charges. This was 30 minutes total after I had checked in. I refused. I asked them to make a note as to my leaving time and they refused. I bumped into a man who worked with the hotel and he identified himself as the "Customer Service Manager."! He had ignored the whole situation even though he was hanging around the front desk. Anyhow, they are bums, and I would never stay there, particularly because they are pricey and I did not like the lack of FNC which I am finding in several hotels in California.”

• Clean.
• No bar - no food.

“OK so a "standard hotel" but in the UK you would never get away with a "hotel" not having a bar or somewhere to eat - and don't call the opportunity for toast and some pancake crap with syrup for breakfast any sort of catering facility. Here for several weeks on business and would have gnawed my left leg off to escape! get a bar and serve some sort of HOT food please and you will be a great little hotel!”
