• Great location.
• Room is in bad condition.

“ I stayed in Knotts 3 months ago, the room in 8th floor is nice. But not this time, The first room I stayed in on 5th floor, I put my t-shirt in the sink with some soap, after 3 hours, The water in the sink is black!! I was so scared...I throw away my T-SHIRT, and call them, they sent someone to fix it.

• Location.
• I was charged $10.00 to park in the hotel parking lot. It does not say anything about being charged on your web site.

“This parking charge to bring a car is outrageous. Holiday Inn and La Quinta located nearby do not charge hotel guests. This just is a hidden room charge that should be included in the room rate, so business travelers can compare rates before picking a room.”

  easy parking.
• After winning the bid, I opted for one extra night, but the hotel showed it as 2 separate reservations, so I had to check out and check back in.

I was disappointed that the front desk would not just do it for me over the phone. They made me come downstairs, re-sign everything and get new keys for the second evening.”

“Very friendly staff from the moment we walked through the doors. Rooms very clean. Pool right temperature and spa nice and hot with all jets working. Very nice workout area with state of the art exercise equipment.”

• Close to attractions.
• Was just painted and room smelled quite a bit.

“The hotel is very nice, however I had to go to 5 floors just to look for ice and the room I was staying had been painted and it smelled quite a bit. And had to leave
AC on all night. Overall it was okay.”

• Not pleased with them tacking on parking charges at the end. These charges were not disclosed during check in.

“Moderate hotel, by no means a resort. Didn't disclose parking fees at check in but put a bill in our door. Wouldn't have been a problem had we known up front. Then they tried to pass it off saying that we were getting a deal on it and not understanding that it was the way they went about it. Then the manager threatened by saying that next time we would have to pay full price for parking! They need to get a clue on good business practices and customer service!”

• Friendly staff.
• Room was dirty, curtains stained, blankets had an oder, had holes in walls things need be updated.

“As said above room seemed to not have been used in a while and things were dirty and wall had some holes. the staff was very friendly and when asked for an earlier check they were happy to let us do that.”

• Proximity to Knott's and other fun places.
• The worst bed I've ever tried to sleep on. Poor mattresses. Motel 6 more comfortable.

“It was a decent hotel except for the horrible beds. If you don't care about sleeping comfortably you're good here and the little ones don't really notice the terrible mattresses. The staff seemed friendly. The proximity to the park was great. Parking was convenient although they charge an extra $12.00 per day. Pool was fun for children they have a water play structure.”

• I like the layout and the friendly employees.
• The shower head have no Pressure and parking is to much.

“ I like this hotel and have stayed here more then once however I don't think as a guest you should have to pay for parking 12 dollars a day is a bit much so I would recommend being dropped off or leaving your car some where else if you can. ”

• Good food for the price.
• Horrible mattress - padded hammock really.

“This is a ghost town - and I don't mean like Halloween. Where do they get off charging $12 per night for parking? We're in the boondocks here - really a long way from the freeways. No other hotel around charges for parking, not Courtyard, Sheraton or any of the other locals. And this place is old, warped and no decent TV stations. There's no HBO or even cable stations.”

• Getting a little used looking in the rest room, mattress average.

“The staff was beyond friendly, courteous and helpful. Don't be put off by the charge for parking signs! Hotel guests park for free. The parking charge is for those visiting the nearby amusement park. The room was larger than most and well appointed with a large LCD TV, working table and a classy fabric lazy chair with ottoman. We loved our stay and would do it again in a heartbeat!”

• It was incredibly convenient to end the day at KBF with a short walk to the hotel.
• If the room is any indication there is a great need for renovations.

“The room was comfortable but shows its age, there is a need to remodel, specially the bathroom; a good carpet cleaning wouldn't hurt either.”

• Conveniently located and easy to find. Near Walgreen's and a variety of restaurants.
• Internet was $9.99 per day.

• There was nothing I liked about this hotel.
• The rooms were sub-par and location was inconvenient.

“I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, regardless of whether or not they were going to Knott's Berry Farm. The rooms were run down-- I had stained carpet, a leaking faucet and the bedspread was scratchy and uncomfortable. The location was inconvenient (unless you were going to Knott's Berry Farm) and I couldn't believe they charged for parking in that area.”

• Family friendly, clean, great location. Very friendly, helpful day staff, changed our room to something appropriate and lovely.
• Arrived late Sunday night about 9:30 p.m. and the four of us, two small children were put in a room with one king sized bed. Then ignored by the staff.

“Clean and family friendly. Room service was excellent and prices were good. Day staff was helpful and fun for the kids to be with snoopy. Close to attractions and shuttle to Disneyland. Would love to stay again with grandchildren.”

• It was a disgusting dirty hotel with thin walls and stains on the floor.

“I would never stay in this hotel again. It had stains all over the floors and the walls were so thin I thought my neighbors were sleeping in the room with me. I was embarrassed to have my friends over as well as having to pay $10 to park there.
