“I was not pleased with the out come. Was told that there was a comp. breakfast which when I checked in was told "no". The room looked clean until I noticed that there were pieces of food under the bed and little scraps of wrapping of food. Rooms look the same as other 2 stars hotels or motels. Basically paying for the area, the bar/slash Sushi bar (expensive for small portion), and restaurant is also expensive. Could've stayed at Embassy Suite for at least the view is nice, breakfast buffet, nicer restaurant and bar. Rooms are bigger. I would pay the extra for it. I think I spend more staying there then staying at Embassy or the Ramada on North airport blvd. I was not pleased with the stay at all. I think I paid too much for the room. What ticked my off the most that they did not have any comp. breakfast. Rooms at least give donuts and free coffee and OJ. Anyway not happy for what I paid for. I expected more from Radisson. 1st time staying at a Radisson and will be my last.”

“We had a comfortable stay and would come again for the room. The cafe wait staff we found to be rude and put upon. They were not friendly upon our arrival for breakfast. Our party of 4 were treated very poorly and hotel management should be aware that the breakfast staff needs to be shown the proper manner in which to treat their guests at the hotel We asked to have a nice window seat for our party of 4 and were told that a large party was coming and they could not accommodate us. The 45 minutes in which we had breakfast had no other customers at the cafe other than one couple.”

“Lousy restaurant, bad service understands "free local call". Charges can be over $3 a minute for calls in the San Francisco region. Very uncomfortable beds in standard rooms. Bed quality reminds me of Super8 or Travellodge from my younger days. Even though rated as four stars, beds don't come close to other four star establishments like Westin, intercontinental or even three stars like Holiday Inn. I wished That is what this standard room in this hotel is worth.”

“Room I was in lacked microwave and had bathtub fixtures unattached when we arrived. I spoke to an Isabelle from my car about it when we went to town for dinner. She had everything fixed and in place by the time I got back. We went to xebec to the sushi bar. The manager? Ignored us. When we finally asked about wines and drinks he made a smart ale comment and we left. We found the local food and drink establishments more than accommodating. The final day when we wanted to stay in and rest, the fire alarm system was being tested. The alarm in the room went off all day. The manager couldn't do anything. She offered us dinner but we wanted to rest! We went to xebec again. The food was good but the service terrible bordering rude. This was after we showed a card of apology from Sheila, the mgr. We wound up paying $50.00 on top of the certificate she gave us for a tough steak that wasn't done right. My wife was finished when my food arrived in proper order.”

“The hotel was ok overall, but the room service was very over priced, and we went to eat breakfast at the restaurant we were completely ignored and 10 min later we walked out with no service or water or anything. The comfort of the beds was not very good for the price we paid for this hotel. Wireless internet signal was low and it worked a little bit better with the wired connection. Business center was very hot to work in and the computers did not seem like they had been maintained. Very slow speed for internet service at this hotel. If you plan to spend a lot of time in your room this is not the place for you. We did not spend a whole time at the hotel. They have very limited cable channels but they did have hbo which was a plus. Did not have a chance to evaluate the pool or the fitness center. Overall not too bad but not the best either.”

“I really enjoyed this Hotel, it was very clean, nice view, friendly service, Just a short walk to the water, comfort at its best. The indoor pool, hot tub and gym were a huge bonus.”

“The hotel is nice, clean and at a good location. Easily accessible from airport and city alike. The rooms are big and spacious. The only one thing that I did not like was there was no water to drink. If you do not have a stock of water, you have to buy small bottles for a dollar or try to locate a store where you can purchase water. But overall satisfaction level was good.”
