  • Beautiful, clean, and secluded location.
  • No complaint.

“The hotel was upscale and beautiful. The food in the restaurant was wonderful and the waitress made sure I had a nice dining experience.”

  • Free parking, view of bay, walking path nearby, close to highways to attractions.
  • Very hard bed, poor fan control (on or off, no low/med/hi), poor restaurant.

“Convenient location for someone with a car, but away from BART/Caltrain or Muni. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well-maintained room with small refrigerator and microwave. Fairly well insulated for noise, but noise from nearby freeway was evident. Free Internet access (wired), which is more secure than free wireless. The restaurant served me the worst steak I have ever tried three times (first time way overcooked, then undercooked, then redone). Quite a bit of grizzle for a NY. Eat elsewhere.”

  • Location not convenient.

“The location is not good, no convenience store around in walking distance. Other than that, everything is fine.”

  • Friendly staff, clean, modern, and well maintained facility.
  • I was charged $2.50 for hot water at the restaurant.

“Clean, friendly and comfortable rooms. Free parking, free internet access which was appreciated. Very quiet being so close to the freeway.”

  • Beautiful and location is beautiful. It was easy to catch shuttle to the Airport/Bart.
  • Radisson ads mislead consumers to think that all their beds are sleep number - truth is that there is a $25 charge for sleep number beds.

“The hotel and location is gorgeous. The staff is friendly, accommodating and kind. The food is good. The swimming pool/whirlpool is clean and quiet. Radisson ads were misleading. I thought a sleep number bed came with the room. Upon arrival it was disappointing to find out it would cost another $25/night for a sleep number. Oh well. I did
not miss the continental breakfast as have noticed the mess and noise in other hotels that come with this feature. However it would be nice to grab a cup of coffee in a to go cup for my trip downtown. Staff was A+ No. 1. We were given excellent service. Thank you.”

  • Clean, near the airport, highway and fairly easy to access.
  • The room is a bit dated, bedding is not plush.

“Nice place, free parking and internet access - great for business traveler.”

  • Workout room, free internet.
  • No free breakfast.

“Standard hotel room. Good location for business travelers, but you
must have a car. Nice gym for working out. Only drawback is that they don't serve a free breakfast. However, the Marriott and the Hilton right next door do.”

  • It was convenient, clean and comfortable.

“This is a typical junior executive hotel located near the airport. It is just far enough away from the flight path that the air traffic doesn't bother you. It's clean and comfortable and just what one would expect from the Ramada chain.”

  • Nice gym.
  • No free breakfast.

“The Raddison is a standard hotel with a nice workout room and an indoor pool (though it was closed when I was there). Wired internet is available in the room. However, right across the driveway is a Homewood suite, and down the road is a Marriott residence inn - both of which offer all of the above plus a free breakfast and evening snacks. I'm not sure why the Raddison doesn't do that.”

  • The hotel has a clean hospitable environment.
  • The cab service from the hotel to the airport was too expensive, we felt unlike we were taken advantage.

“The Radisson is a clean conducive hotel to the business traveler. It is also a family oriented place.”

  • I liked the convenience of the hotel shuttle to the airport with easy access to Bart.
  • The hotel restaurant was expensive and choices are limited.

“We had a great stay. Convenient traveling with hotel shuttle to the Bart and car rental services on site. Employees were very friendly and helpful.”

  • The lobby & restaurant was nice.
  • The linens looked too old & beds, pillows were not comfortable.

“Overall, the hotel was okay. For a 3 star, I expected a little better quality beds & linens. The iron was broken; the remote was missing and the beds were uncomfortable.”

  • The hotel allowed early check-in.
  • Isolated from restaurants and shopping.

“This hotel seems a bit like a 2 1/2 star without the free breakfast. It does have a restaurant, which is rather expensive. There is not any other place to eat within walking distance.”

  • Very easy to get to SFO and to the giants game. Really clean and safe.
  • The view is not great and TV channels are few and far between.

“I feel this a great hotel, is great for anyone that is from out of town and is renting a car. Easy on and off the 101 HWY and close to SFO and downtown San Francisco. Great business center.”

  • Hotel is nice, clean, great location and most staff is willing to help.
  • Front desk agent at check In.

“Our hotel experience was overall great. We had some trouble at check in with a rude clerk at the front desk. She looked at the computer. I had called ahead and asked (if available) a double bed room. It was late and I was exhausted so I agreed but was waiting for the hotel's manager to notify him/her about this lady's rude behavior and how she had addressed me when telling me about the room. I left him/her a message with front desk and did not get a response. At time of check out, I called front desk to dispute the charges. The front desk clerk was shocked to hear what happened and immediately removed the room charges. All I had to pay was for parking. I was also made aware by that front desk clerk that the check in clerk had no right to charge me, room since the double room was available at the time of check in. If not for the bad experience with the clerk at time of check in, and the fact that I would see her every afternoon, this hotel would have been amazing! I wish that my issue would have been resolved on the first day so that I could have enjoyed the hotel.”

  • Very close to Downtown SF, seemed to be private - good.
  • Bed was very uncomfortable as were the pillows.

“We enjoyed staying here, it would have been better with a comfortable bed. I would keep this in mind for future travels.”

  • Location.
  • No free breakfast.

“There are 2.5 and 2 star hotels nearby that offer things like free breakfast at a much lower cost. The room was rather plain and worn. While free internet was provided, it was just a cable that someone had wrapped around a chair in the room. They did provide free parking and that is a plus.”
