• People in front very kind and friendly.
• Room outdated , air conditioners, had bugs.

“People there in front office very kind and friendly. But, the hotel is very out dated. Had poor air in rooms, had bugs and did not always clean rooms each day. Over all will not stay there again.”

• Everything else other than location.

“Bathroom ceiling flooded in heavy rain (as did 12 other rooms) and we were on the first floor, other male guests came out to stare at daughters while they were in the pool, brought out their camera phones, kids in pool who were not with a parent (question whether they were even guests of the hotel). Other rooms were offered but still were not up to expectations (lights not working, no shades on some lamps, peeling wallpaper, etc.)”

• NOTHING!!
• Roaches in the room, soiled linens, unsafe area.

“There is NO WAY on Earth I would ever tell someone to stay here. It is very unsafe. There were "gangster" types roaming the grounds, roaches all over the room, soiled linens on both beds, very uncomfortable pillows, etc.”

• Interior was very clean, staff nice.
• Parking lot & stairwell dirty with body? Smells.

“Older hotel, but very clean. No extra amenities, such as hairdryer, coffee etc., but ok for the price.”

• The day manager was really great.
• The hotel needs major work on it's upkeep. Lots of money needs to be spent on it to get it up to par.

“The hotel is in need of major updates. The pool was not open in June. The rooms smell and are not very clean. Several of the rooms do not have working TVs. The breakfast consisted of donuts and bread and coffee. The location is great and the day manager is wonderful.”

• Customer service was awful and front desk staff were not nice except the girl who checked me out.

• It was cheaper than others on line, it had a small ref. and microwave.
• The bed was too hard, the room needed redoing on the ceiling where it had leaked before, the roll away bed was awful!!!! It had no extras.

“The hotel is an old one. We had to stand outside a window to check in because we got there late and it was cold. There is no parking on the back of the motel where our rooms were and we had to carry everything around in the rain. The rooms were clean, just old and the ceiling looked to be falling down in places where it had gotten wet or something. My sister came and we rented a roll away bed also and it was horrible. The metal was in your back all night. There was a micro wave and small reg. and reg. TV, but nothing else extra like hair dryer, coffee pot, small shampoo, iron or ironing board like I am used to. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone except as the last resort.”
