• Very comfortable, and economy.
• This hotel need renewal every room, the air condition in my room wet the carpet, and in others rooms the door not working.

“The personnel help very well when we found something damage in the rooms, but this hotel need renewal the rooms, change the carpet, more clean up the bathrooms, but the personnel attended very fine.”

• The kitchen had dishes & pans very convenient for extended stay.
• Manager was rude.

“It was in a safe location. Easy to get to and easy to get where we wanted to go during our stay. The kitchen is equipped for cooking actual meals. However most hotels I stay in also provide ironing board, iron, hair dryer this one does not. Beds were comfortable.”

• The only positive thing I can say is that the motel was quiet.
• Dirty, poorly maintained, poor service.

“This motel is awful! It is old and poorly maintained. The tub in the room was dirty and we found the inside knob for the security lock lying on the floor inside the door. There was mildew on the shower curtain. The location is not good for those traveling on I-75 because it is 7 miles from the interstate in the middle of downtown Sarasota. There are no good places to eat nearby. The morning "breakfast" consisted of toast, small sweet rolls, and coffee - no juice, milk, or cereal. There were stains on the carpet. To call this motel second-rate would be a compliment - do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.”

• It was near where I wanted to go.
• Nothing.

“The telephone did not work. The ac did not work. The TV only got 1 channel (in red & black). The TV remote did not work. We went to another motel!”

• The owner/manager was friendly.
• "Kick the ice machine" to get ice they said!

• Pool closed early. 7PM sign at breakfast "one item only, no takeouts" how cheap.

“A bit pricey for the age and condition of this hotel. No spa and towels were like sandpaper. I would not go there again.”
