• Good location for tourists.

• Convenient to attractions, fairly new, internet access, breakfast bar.
• Carpet seemed a little dirty, needs a steam cleaning.

“Excellent location to downtown attractions. Walking distance to Castillo, Ripley's, Fountain of Youth, and St. George Street. There's an excellent restaurant in a converted old house across the street. Good on-site parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast bar is good but get there early on weekend mornings. Otherwise you may stand in line for a half hour because everyone wants to make their own waffle and there's only one waffle iron. On Monday morning there wasn't a soul in the breakfast area and it was a breeze. The room was nice. Not great but comfortable and clean (except for the carpet it seemed like it needed a good cleaning and I wore my sandals whenever I walked on it). Overall a very positive experience.”

• Room was not set up with the right amount of towels or wash rags, no bath towels were provided.

• The bathrooms were elegant and the beds were very comfortable.
• We should have booked a handicapped room, but, that is not your fault.

“It was in an excellent location. The facilities were new and/or updated. The staff was very helpful to find everything we wanted to see in St Augustine. We would definitely return again and stay at your hotel.”

• Great complimentary breakfast, close to historic sites.
• Could have been a little cleaner. Maids did not sweep bathroom floor, dust and lint under the vanity in the bathroom before we even got there.

“The hotel was user friendly. They tried to be as accommodating as possible. Breakfast was adequate and easy to use. Plenty of seating. Nice and quiet and close to the historic district. It was not fancy but comfortable and reasonable.”
