• The location to the stuff we were doing on our trip.
• The fact the actual hotel rate on our receipt from the hotel didn't match what I had paid to Priceline. Their rate on the receipt was cheaper.

“The hotel is fine for a short stay. Had a handicapped room which I didn't understand why, we didn't need that room. The shower heads are crappy. And the manager who checked us in was on the phone the whole time we were checking in, which was rude.”

• The pool was nice.
• Rooms were old looking.

“This is not a Holiday Inn Express anymore. its just an Express Inn which is not affiliated. I didn't like the fact that you have to make a U turn to go to the hotel.”

• That it's was closed to the mall.
• That with 2 laptops computers we couldnt use the internet.

“They need to remodel the hotel and up grade the internet access to comply with the new programs out in the market.”

• Continental breakfast was great.
• Water pressure in the shower.

“It was right on the interstate with restaurants and shopping which is what I wanted. The rooms were clean and were adequate for what we wanted.”

• Location.
• Cleanliness plus overall building maintenance was poor.

“I found the hotel was overpriced for even a more downscale hotel. I have stayed at other holiday inn express locations that were more modern and effective price performers; this one did not fit in with my previous experiences. I believe this was operated by a franchisee rather than directly by holiday inn directly which may explain some of this.”

• Very clean, very nice room, great free breakfast, very easy check-in.
• Bathroom door didn¿t latch but they took care of it!

“Very convenient location right off 1-95 very short traveling distances to historic sty. Augustine close to everything. Nice place very clean- large pool. I was very happy with it and I very seldom like an inexpensive hotel!”

• It was convenient to all the things I needed to do.
• Nothing in particular.

“It accommodated my needs for being in St. Augustine for a special event. The room and its amenities were sufficient for my needs and stay. Given its location to the interstate, there were ample restaurants in the area.”

• Value and fairly close to beach and downtown St. Augustine.
• Would have liked internet access.

“Hotel was clean. I had friends staying at the beach that I visited every day. I chose to stay here to save money ,since I would be commuting back and forth. Hotel met my expectations.”

• The breakfast buffet was very limited.

• The room was on the first floor which is very important to me.
• The shower room was less than clean and too small.

“The phone didn't work for a wake-up call but I slept soundly and woke up rested. I felt too closed in in the low ceiling shower room and there was no vent to let the steam escape. At this point, I'm hesitant to book this hotel again. I was disappointed in the continental breakfast variety. Although it was nice to have a quick bite to eat before leaving the hotel and the am staff were very kind.”
