• The location is perfect and the hotel itself is beautiful.
• The service at the tike bar and the restaurant was horrible! It can ruin the day when you wait over on hour for breakfast and then again at lunch.

“I convinced three set of travelers to stay at this hotel. I booked one reservation and transferred it to my niece. My girlfriend also booked online. I called directly to the hotel and booked. I had a great room but it was not worth the extra money. I am sorry I encouraged my friends and family to stay here - the service was unbelievably bad. We had one meal free of charge and the rest of the time the service was blamed on computer problems. The general manager never came to speak to any of us about our problems. Just a note - everyone traveling together has worked or is currently working in the service industry. We understand that things happen, but we also try to make things right.”

• Clean pool area, very nice scenery, friendly desk staff.
• Familiar hotel room smell.

“Thoroughly enjoyed the balcony view of ocean and the heated pool and area surrounding it. Five steps from pool and you're on the beach. Desk staff was friendly, polite and attentive. Very pleasant going to sleep with sound of waves crashing on shore.”

• Clean, close to conveniences, on beach, small, not an over-kill like a big hotel.
• Waitress at breakfast slow and not friendly.

“Would stay here again in a minute. It was small, clean and had a veranda that over-looked the ocean and pool. Staff accommodating. Parking a slight problem, but it was the busy season. Didn't have that feel of a monstrous hotel. It was quaint and nice.”
