• Internet access in the lobby.
• Incompetent staff, paper-thin walls, uncomfortable beds.

“I was not impressed with the service at this hotel. There were a lot of snafus. At night, I was woken up by an alarm clock that kept ringing in the adjacent, empty room. When I called the emergency number, I was told that nothing would be done about it, and that it was a frequent, recurring problem. The next morning I checked out and told the incompetent employee behind the desk about this problem. He said it was too bad I got an earlier wake-up call than I wanted, in a very condescending, patronizing manner. He is someone who should not be interacting with people. Ever. Yet he was the first and last person I encountered at the hotel. I will avoid this hotel at all costs in the future.”

• We had to rent video machine.

• Right on the lake, rustic decor, and in room fireplace.
• Heater was a bit noisy.

“A winter get away that gives you the sense of being out in the woods. Right on the romantic lake and minutes from skiing and sledding. Do not get me wrong, this is not a four star hotel, but family friendly, well maintained and welcoming, I would stay there again anytime.”
