• Staff was very helpful.
• Carpet was old and dirty. There was no air conditioning.

“If the price were less, business people might like this facility. However, I'm not sure they would want a room that has no air conditioning.”

• Flowers around the walk ways and their sent is wonderful.
• Office is closed most of the time.

“I loved this hotel. It is kind of like a bed and breakfast experience without the breakfast. It's a cozy hotel with beautiful architecture. The best part of it is that the hotel accepts pets, so I was able to take my little puppy along. The cleaning staff is wonderful. Although not many speak English, they try their hardest to understand a guest and someway they understand what the guest wants. They always have a smile on their faces. My little complaint would be that the office is closed constantly. They are either on a 10 minute break or lunch. I arrived on a Tuesday at 7:30am and the office was closed and it said that the office didn't open until 8:00am. Which I thought wasn't that bad to wait for 30 minutes, but the manager was 30 minutes late. And while I stated there I noticed that he was always late. But other than that, The Golden Bear Inn is wonderful!”
