• 24 hour airport shuttle.
• Felt musty and old.

• The hotel had a comfortable, positive atmosphere.
• We had to change rooms because of a bad odor and the new room was not as nice.

“The hotel was nice,clean and had a cozy/comfortable atmosphere. There was not any restaurants/stores in close proximity. Our original room was better equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator but had an unbearable odor. The front desk had no problem with changing rooms for us but it did not have the microwave or refrigerator.”

• Location was conveniently situated near the airport.
• I did not like the beds and the shower temperature.

“If the hotel were to address the old bed in our room and what was wrong with the shower's temperature gauge, I would likely stay there again. I did not had a good night's and had been scorched several times during my showers.”

• It was in a good location.
• The beds and the cleaning of the bathroom.

• I liked that there is free parking.
• That each room does not have a refrigerator and microwave.

“In my opinion this is a very nice hotel, but the hotel should be renovated to project a more modern feel. The room furniture needs to be replaced, and all ice and vending machines should work on all floors.”

“This hotel was more than adequate for a short stay. Room was reasonably clean and maintained. Services and amenities were more than adequate for a 2 star hotel.”

• Great shower with hot water, clean, free internet.
• Elevator a bit small.

“Very good for overnight stay. Exceeded my expectations, very reasonable price. Airport free shuttle a bit of a hassle but that applies to many hotels with free shuttle service. Especially liked free high-speed internet in room + shower with instant hot water and high pressure jets.”

• Free internet.
• My brother was with me. They charged us $15 for a roll on bed.

“The hotel was very busy and only one person checking you in. The person was overwhelmed and irritated. They told us, there were no two beds rooms available. They brought in a roll on bed and charged us $15 for the first night. Then we had to check back the next day for a room with two beds. That was my biggest gripe.”

• The staff is very good, location was great for this business trip.
• The breakfast quality has gone down a great deal in the past 6 months since I last stayed there.

“The room, bathroom, bedding was clean with fridge and microwave. The breakfast was a great variety of all sorts of things. Pool is outdoor only. Internet in every room. Overall this is a good hotel.”

• Restaurant was okay, but not great. Good service, just average food.

“This was a wonderful find close to the airport. A very nice atmosphere at the hotel. Good continental breakfast in the morning, good customer service. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would absolutely stay there again.”

• It was quiet. And I liked the front porch rocking chairs.
• We had two key cards and one or the other worked. They didn't work at the same time.

• The room way very nice, had fridge and microwave that worked, staff was very nice and very helpful.
• The location was too far from Emory Hospital.

“We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was very helpful and gave better directions than Map Quest. The restaurant was a bit pricey. The room was excellent. It was a pleasant surprise that the hotel was so nice for the area it was in.”

“The hotel was cheap and close to the airport. Fine for my very short overnight stay. I wouldn't ever stay in it for longer than that. I didn't want to put my suitcase on the floor for fear of what might crawl into it. It was affordable and it felt affordable. I would have never given it 3 stars ever. It felt like a Motel 6.”

• Shower was terrible because shower head was broken. They came to fix it immediately! Worked great after that!
• Getting to it from the airport. Kind of confusing.

“Clean, met my needs, The staff was courteous and helpful, but the night hostess had a little bit of an attitude problem. Everything else was great! My housekeeper was sweet as she could be! Breakfast was good, too.”

• The breakfast area.
• A big spot in the carpet in my room.

“The hotel wasn't very good on keeping records. Someone opened my door with a key the first night, because someone at the front desk didn't see that the room was vacant. It was a good thing that I had the hook thing on the door. This event for the rest of the stay I made me very uncomfortable. I couldn't leave because it was prepaid. The day manager gave me two free movies for the person getting into my room, but they charged me for an additional movie that I seen on the check out letter and I had to let them know it was incorrect. The pillows where to hard.”
