• I liked everything.
• Wish they would have had a restaurant to eat.

“The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. The continual breakfast was good and the lady working with it was very helpful and nice. Not a fancy place but one you would want to stay at if looking for comfort and friendly people.”

• The people at the front desk were very nice.
• The bathroom was very nasty and the AC was not working very well.

“It was nice right off the bat but got worst when we pulled up and the road crew had to wave us in to the entrance to the hotel. Then the ladies at the front desk were very nice. We then made it to the room when we found it is was hot inside we turned on the AC and looked in the bathroom and there was stuff all over the walls. We left for about 4 hours when we returned it was still hot in the room.”

• Friendly staff.

“The road was under construction. The hotel was in the middle of some type of remodel. The pool was closed. The restaurant was closed. The carpet was torn and filthy.”

• Real close to food and theme parks.
• Front desk hostess walked off of job without notice. really long wait to check out.

“Needed a lot of outside cleaning to meet eye appeal. Nice, clean rooms and for the most part friendly staff.”

• The staff was friendly.
• I was disappointed that the pool was not in working order.

“My first impressions always come from on how friendly the staff is in the beginning. The room was clean and neat that was a plus but the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable. The pool was not open due to some difficulty unknown.”

• The staff was cordial and helpful. The continental breakfast was had hot and cold selections, a pleasant surprise.
• The actual building was worn and dirty in places. A good top to bottom cleaning and repair would do wonders.

“The hotel is right on us 27 and should be easy to find. The buildings looked fine, but once on the grounds you can see they need attention. A good cleaning, a coat of paint, minor repairs (my drapes were missing a fastener into the ceiling and hung at an odd angle; my electronic room key did not work initially) would help upgrade this hotel. In its favor, the bed was very comfortable with crisp white sheets - easy to sleep on! The staff was very helpful with directions and other traveler questions.”
