• Conference room excellent, rooms nice, staff super friendly and helpful.
• Need more healthy foods offered at breakfast-like fresh fruit.

• It's proximity to freeways.
• Worn out rooms with many broken lamps, heaters, etc.

“This hotel was a very nice place to stay four years ago. After demanding better and cleaner accommodations I was put into a suite that had blood stains in the carpet, burn holes every where in a non-smoking room, and light fixtures without bulbs. Did I mention that temperatures were in the twenties and thirties and the heater didn't work! I begged to be moved to another room yet again. Lights worked, heater worked, room was clean, went to take a shower, no hot water.”

• Friendly staff, adequate breakfast, convenient location.
• Dirty beds, hairs and small bugs.

• Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.
• The tub area could use a facelift, but otherwise, the room was nice for the money.

“Posted check in was 3:00 but we arrived as weary travelers at around 2:00 pm and were able to check in with no problem. There were even cookies at the front desk! The room was clean and comfortable. There was speedy Wi-Fi, a sink, fridge and microwave. The free breakfast was not the most expansive we've seen, but it worked out ok. We appreciated the free newspapers in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again.”
