• They have wonderful hotel staffs and great free breakfast.
• New way of using shower instruction needed. Bathroom floor was black mildew on and ceilling have mold was on above shower head.

“This hotel staffs are best people I ever met. They are very kind, helpful and friendly manners. In the other hand, the room where we are stayed is not very clean. Those DEAD Bugs ( I found two of them!) in under bed spread and bathroom have mildew all over and that made us feel very uncomfortable to stay in. The facility could be old fine for us but Dead bug in bed and mildews bathroom is not welcome for our standerd..”

• I really liked the location; it was perfect for anything I wanted. The staff was very friendly & open.

“I really enjoyed my stay here. My cousin really enjoyed the breakfast and is currently telling everyone to stay at this hotel. I liked the location because everything is close by. I was able to have dinner, get my nails done, and shop all within the block of the hotel or the exit following the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hot tub was a nice place to relax for the night. I would stay here again and recommend it to all of my friends, family and colleagues.”

• Clean and very comfortable rooms, staff went above and beyond our expectations.
• Nothing.

“We were running later than we had planned and the staff was nice enough to extend our check out time for us so that we could get some sleep. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spotless. The staff was friendly and most helpful. I would definitely use this hotel again in my travels. Thanks for making my trip the best!”

• Lobby decor, locality to interstate, nice suite decor, indoor pool and fitness room.
• Small hot tub, stains on carpet in room, not enough space for all guests to eat breakfast.

“We enjoyed our stay. We¿ll stay here again when traveling to Destin next year. A suite with king bed/pull out sofa, refrigerator, microwave was perfect for our young family.”

• It was convenient for us as we traveled through the area.
• Wished the pool/Jacuzzi stayed open later.

“A good "just off the interstate" location. Good variety of eateries close by. Room was good sized, and all areas we visited appeared clean. Might recommend locating families with small children to 1st floor. We were awakened several times by unattended children running up and down the halls/stairs.”

“Courteous staff. Rooms enter from inside the motel so it's more safe. Near great restaurants, gas station and the freeway exit.”

• Centrally located and clean.
• The staff did understand that we had paid for the room already.

“The hotel is fine. There was a mix-up at the desk and they charged us for the room again. I questioned it but had no choice but to pay again. I paid for mine with ca credit card in case there was a dispute (their will be) but unfortunately the other room was paid for in cash. I questioned them again the next morning and they said they had handled the transaction correctly. I asked for and received a receipt where the one room was paid in cash. None of the other two hotels acted in this manner. They need to be trained I need to be credited.”

“My daughter attended a birthday party here and I found the entire place a very nice and friendly place that was impressively clean. Of course, it hasn't been open for that long but the staff looks like they are taking care of the place very well.”
