• Cheap.
• Dirty, disgusting, smelly, beat up.

“The hotel smelled of something between urine, mildew and dust. I felt dirty just walking into the room. The linens did not smell clean and the shower had mildew growing around the caulking. The corners around the floor were cluttered with dirt/dust. The bathroom door was halfway corroded and falling apart due to water damage. There was a drop ceiling in the bathroom with water damaged panels. I could go on and on but that would in effect just increase the amount of effort that I put into this hotel. Decent location - 2 blocks from bus stops, think the ad said they were 2 miles from downtown. Not sure about that.”

• Poor location, quality.

“Poor management & quality, rough area, homeless laying down outside the lobby, bed bugs, body hair on the bath towel. I strongly recommend that this "HOTEL" should be taken off from the list.”

• Improve access/provide a shuttle link besides DC taxi/transit.

• It stinks.
• It stunk.

“Terrible smells throughout the hotel, The rugs all through the lobby and my room had disgusting stains on them. The headboard of the bed was ripped off the wall and the bathroom lacked hygiene I was totally grossed out and left 4 hours later. I preferred to sleep on the train ride back to my home.”

• The hotel stuff and the hotel conditions (lobby, parking and rooms).

• It was truly terrible. They did over charge me with a bad attitude.

“I would never come back again to this hotel. They overcharged me and put bad faces to me. The breakfast was also poor. ”
