• Quiet, clean, nicely decorated room.
• Little hard to find the entrance.

“2nd stay there. Very quiet, nice room. Staff friendly, calls to make sure everything is ok after you check in. Has wireless internet!”

• the nasty dirty sheets on the bed and the rudeness

“The staff was so rude and even had an employee rolling their hair behind the counter. The food served on the "continental breakfast" bar was old and stale. The sleeper sofa had dirty sheets from a prior guest still on it. The floor plan I had received from the hotel indicated guest laundry on all four floors, however, it is only on the 2nd floor and was out of service when we checked in. The pool was not open and had not been all year and during my many phone converstations with the staff, I was never made aware of this. In fact, when I questioned the staff why they had not informed the potential guest when the reservation was made I was told "no one asked". This is totally unacceptable and due to this horrible experience w/ this hotel, I have canceled my up coming reservations which consists of 12 rooms for 5 nights. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. If it were the last available in the town, I would sleep in my car!”
