• Beautiful lobby, good breakfast, great location, very comfortable bed and linens.
• Bathroom was small and needed some minor cosmetic work.

“It was a nice place to stay. The price was very good. Breakfast choices were good. The upgrade Holiday Inn is doing regarding the bed and linens is a great idea.”

“Shower was the best ever. Hot strong force on the shower water. Very comfortable room. Bed slept great.”

• The staff was helpful with directions, etc-easy access to everything in the area.
• The room itself did not have a fridge in the room-the "hot" breakfast was very disappointing.

“Upside: Hotel is located close to all attractions in the area-lots of excellent restaurants close by. Downside: no fridge in room; "hot" breakfast was not what we expected which was a little more, but it was still good.”

• In very poor repair, no air conditioning.

“Adequate, people were the nicest part of it. Television service was extremely poor, no air conditioning a major issue.”

• Nothing.
• Staff was rude and hotel did not have ac in common areas.

“My room had leak. I reported and they told me that there were no more room. I told the creak that I as leaving and then she found me a room. It did not have air. Moved me to another room. The entire common areas (lobby, etc.) did not have air. The wireless internet was down for 4 hours one day an the other days it was up and down.”

• Most of all I liked the friendliness of the employees.
• On Sunday morning the complimentary breakfast bar could have been restocked faster.

• Hotel did not have LAN cable hook for laptop internet hookup.

• Excellent business center with copier.
• Wireless internet was inadequate and slow.

“Hotel worked for me in terms of location. Wireless internet was sporadic, dropped off, and painfully slows. No option to use Ethernet. Fix the wireless and the hotel is excellent value for business traveler.”

• Room was perfect for my needs, nice bedding, good space for my computer and printer.
• Could have used additional outlets and/or outlet extenders.
