• The staff were kind and helpful.
• Beware of the breakfast food especially the French toast.

“Overall for what I needed it was a fine experience the staff were kind, drove me around in a van to get to my convention and other places, and respected my privacy when my sign was up.”

• Location to my business meetings.
• Poor fixtures in bathrooms, toilet fell off, faucets hard to turn.

“I did tell the staff the first day about both problems, only the toilet seat was repaired. Would not stay there again. Also very poor breakfast selections.”

• Beautiful lobby, good breakfast, great location, very comfortable bed and linens.
• Bathroom was small and needed some minor cosmetic work.

“It was a nice place to stay. The price was very good. Breakfast choices were good. The upgrade Holiday Inn is doing regarding the bed and linens is a great idea.”

• The staff was helpful with directions, etc-easy access to everything in the area.
• The room itself did not have a fridge in the room-the "hot" breakfast was very disappointing.

“Upside: Hotel is located close to all attractions in the area-lots of excellent restaurants close by. Downside: no fridge in room; "hot" breakfast was not what we expected which was a little more, but it was still good.”

• Nothing.
• Staff was rude and hotel did not have ac in common areas.

“My room had leak. I reported and they told me that there were no more room. I told the creak that I as leaving and then she found me a room. It did not have air. Moved me to another room. The entire common areas (lobby, etc.) did not have air. The wireless internet was down for 4 hours one day an the other days it was up and down.”

• Most of all I liked the friendliness of the employees.
• On Sunday morning the complimentary breakfast bar could have been restocked faster.
