• Free breakfast, free wireless internet.
• Rude and unhelpful staff, dirty room, safety concern.

“Although I have stayed worst places in terms of physical condition, the staff was definitely the worst I have ever experienced. And the room was dirty; it smelled cigarette and awful (they insisted it was a non-smoking room), the bathroom door was sticky, the bed was uncomfortable and very low, and I had to kill a roach. I will never stay at, not only this place, but any of the Best Western chain hotels again. Never.”

• Conveniently located near several restaurants and other stores.
• Location: seemed to be in a somewhat dangerous area, as far as crime is concerned.

“All in all, I don't know that we would stay in this hotel again. It's not because of anything directly related to the hotel or its staff, we just weren't pleased with the location of the hotel. We do plan to return to the Atlanta are again in July, 2008, when we may stay in a location closer to downtown Atlanta.”

• Separate living and bed areas. Good a/c. Friendly staff. Sauna Convenient location.
• Level of chemicals in pool. They forgot pillows for the beds.

“I was traveling with family for business. The hotel was convenient to interstate and area shopping/dining. My family enjoyed the pool (except for the chemical levels) and the sauna The staff was friendly, good with directions and helpful when we needed a later checkout. It was affordably priced. We'd stay here again.”

• The breakfast was excellent!
• Not all facilities were in order.

“The pool area was nice and clean but the chemicals were almost unbearable, the air burned our eyes. The business center was out of order as well as the treadmill and universal machine in the exercise room. The room was clean and attractive, the breakfast was very good. The hotel felt safe for my kids to be in. The front desk managers were only moderately helpful and did not go out of their way to assist us.”

• Price.
• Very noisy (called front desk, but did not help) breakfast not suitable. Did not have enough seating for breakfast. Pool not open, looked very dirty.

“Although hotel was close to Downtown Atlanta, there was really nothing special about it. There was a bus full of young boys staying at the hotel when we got back to hotel around 10:30 in the evening they were running in the hallway and when we called the front desk it took well over 1/2 hour before they stopped. They were slamming doors shut late at night and very early in the morning.”

• They had a nice pool, and good breakfast with eggs.
• They need to get better mattresses, and the towels & washcloths were very poor quality.

“It was very hard to find the correct road to turn into the hotel area. We had to drive around, & could see the hotel but a poor sign on the roadway. The staff was very nice. They had a nice breakfast, and indoor pool. They need to replace their bedding and towels. The towels were very thin almost rags. It was nice that you could open the window to get fresh air in the room.”

• It was relatively less expensive and it was convenient to the highway.
• Pool was not heated. They would not keep the heat turned on.

• Convenient location to Atlanta.
• The indoor pool was full of chemicals.

“We liked the location of the hotel. Not too far from Atlanta attractions. We, however, did not enjoy the indoor pool. Both of my children went swimming, and both ended up with red eyes and welted faces. There were way too many chemicals in the pool. So many that the brand new bathing suit my daughter wore was completely drained of color. Swimming is not advised.”

• They allowed me to check-in early.
• They forgot my towels.

“The staff was very professional and friendly. I needed to arrive early and they made that happen. Even though they forgot my towels, they were there in seconds to give them to me. Excellent for the type of hotel it is.”

• Availability of a 1bdrm suite.
• Entrance from main road not easy to locate.

“Nice place to stay, friendly and courteous staff. Difficult to find the turn off from the main road. Steel plate covering a large pothole in nearby street makes a constant and very loud noise at all times of day and night. No fault of the hotel. However, very annoying.”

• I felt that I received a lot for the amount of money spent.
• It was not a close to six flags as I thought it would be.

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was budget friendly, near restaurants and stores and easy to get to. The only draw back is that it was not as close to six flags as I thought it would be. My husband and I stated that we would stay there again if we traveled to that part of Atlanta.”
