  • Somewhat convenient to downtown Savannah.
  • Was charged more for room than you advertised.

“Hotel was not in a good section of town.”

  • The hotel is located near major routes which made traveling to other areas easy.
  • The hotel was located near a district that was economically depressed.

“I found the hotel reasonably clean, easy to locate and the staff courteous. The area around the hotel was free of trash and the neighborhood quiet, with plenty of parking.”

  • The girl at the front desk was nice and she let us leave without charging us for the room.
  • The walls were thin, the security doors weren't locked.

“This hotel is not in a very nice area of town. Something had burned on the second floor where our room was supposed to be, so the hallways were filled w/ smoke. The walls were very thin - we could hear everything going on in the next rooms. When we got to our room, the bed wasn't made, pillows were missing, the lights were on and it had the appearance that someone was already staying there or that the room was not cleaned after the last guest. The outside security doors were not locked. Overall, the hotel was not nice at all. We decided we didn't want to stay there, mostly because of the smoke in the hall that we could smell in our room, so the front desk employee allowed us to leave w/o charging us. She was very nice and courteous to us and I was very appreciative of her attitude and flexibility.”

  • cheap. You get what you pay for.
  • dirty, homeless people group up in rooms, no food delivery, terrible experience

“The worst hotel we ever stayed in. Very dirty due to homeless people grouping together in rooms, no food delivery, high crime rate, difficult to find your way around. Service, if that is what you call it, was rare. Took 4 hours to get an ashtray. Room keys expire after first use. Can't get in building or room without key. You will encounter homeless people in lobby as well as parking lot. Don't leave anything worth anything unlocked. We took all our things with us every time we had to leave. Bathroom was the worst. Shower almost trickled a few drops of warm water with no adjustments. We were able to get wet but not wash shampoo out. Just a nightmare.”
