• The accommodating staff that aimed to please.
• Dirty glass & dust on shelf where glasses were stored.

“Very nice hotel, beautiful grounds, lobby & restaurant areas. The staff was friendly, yet professional. I stopped at the front desk to let them know there was on powdered creamer to go with the Starbucks coffee in the room. A few minutes later, a silver pitcher of cream was delivered to the room. They provided a shuttle to the beach at the time we requested. The groundskeeper gives a tour of the gardens & was very knowledgeable. Would recommend this hotel especially for a romantic get-away.”

• A relaxing oasis. You can leave your worries behind and enjoy your vacation. A unique experience.
• The grounds are not well lit at night and it's hard to find your way back to the main gate especially in the rain.

“An absolutely beautiful hotel. We stayed in a one bedroom with a kitchenette at the rear of the hotel. We had a balcony that looked over the gorgeous grounds. You really felt that you were the only one at this 11 room hotel. The rooms are decorated in themes and we stayed in the celestial section. Very hip design and furnishing. It was extremely comfortable. The only complaints I had were that grounds were dark at night (you are walking through a little rain forest) and it's dark! Also at the back of the hotel, those rooms have garages directly underneath where the hotel keeps equipment and it is very annoying when they are going up and down underneath you, especially when you are trying to sleep.”

• Gardens are beautiful and the food was good.
• Staff and service was terrible. Lagging in response time and respect.

“The rooms are creative, the food good, and the garden beautiful, but the service and staff are terrible. We did not care for their attitude at all. It is too bad, such a pretty place with a nasty staff and service.”
