• Beautiful, spacious, and great value.
• Not many amenities.

“We took 7 kids and 4 adults to Disney in June 2009. About a 10 minutes drive to Disney, no parking issues, room was very clean and nicely decorated as well as stocked with extras for toilet paper and such. There were a ton of kitchen utensils. Everything that we needed. They even had a high chair and crib already stocked in the room. Staff was very friendly. The 3 bedroom villa had a lake view and easily accommodated our large family. The upstairs clubhouse lookout was very comfortable and had a beautiful night view. The property was very peaceful during the day and at night. No loud neighbors or the such. Also there are many grocery stores close to buy food and a lot of gift shops, close to buy Florida souvenirs. We never had any problems with traffic going back and forth to Disney and we visited all 4 parks. The 3 bedrooms are only on the 3rd floor and its no elevator. The steps were a little rough when you forgot something in your room or car and had to run back. The main pool was really nice but the smaller pools were not clean. We wanted to go to the beach but never had time. The 3rd bedroom did not have a TV and I thought my teenagers would die. Apparently its up to each owner to provide televisions and there is no way to know if it will have a TV in that room or not until you get there. Neutral: WiFi is only available in the Clubhouse and internet usage is pay for use. The game room had a ton of books and games you can pay-to-play but no free board games or video games as advertised. The in-house restaurant looked nice but we cooked our meals. They did offer omelets and such that you could order and pick up if you did not feel like cooking. Overall this resort did not have some of the amenities that other resorts advertise however it was well worth the money that we paid. (I think we got like a free night promotion or something). Upon check-in you do have to pay and upfront amenities fee and a cleaning fee but I had read about it prior to the trip so it was not a surprise.”

• Pool is okay.
• Not hot water for 4 days.

“This is not a resort, it is a condo complex that is poorly managed by resort quest. My recent stay at the Bahama Bay was the worst vacation never ever.”
