• Great location, l love 2 pools plenty of room.
• Would like bigger TV, more activities around the pool.

“This is a relaxing, enjoyable, great location nothing fancy vacation resort. If you are looking for a 5 star resort you will not find it here. Staff is friendly, do their job, but the fun is up too you. Oceanfront units are spacious, clean, well stocked, but furniture is dated and they are in the process of updating. View is amazing, beach is steps from the resort, pools are heated clean, and snack bar is one of the best values for lunch on the beach. Off ocean rooms are all in the process of updating, mini kitchen will now be full kitchen, furniture, carpet. If you are looking for a great value, to take your family this is the place. I take my children and grandchildren a few times a year. Great for couples who just want a few nights away from everyday life to relax, walk the beach, sun by the pool or have a drink overlooking the ocean. Tourist best of both worlds only an hour from all major attractions in Orlando and 20 min from Kennedy Space Center. Hopefully you will be lucky enough to have a launch while staying at the resort.”

• Relaxed atmosphere, clean, modern units. Great location.
• None-we had a great time!

“We stayed in both an A unit and a D unit in December 2007. Both were spotlessly clean, D units having full kitchen and A units have half fridge, microwave, etc. The pool and whirlpool were very clean, and food service at the pool was tasty and very reasonable price. Both C and D units face the ocean, and access it via a center path running between them. Units with even numbers face the pool, and B units are just west of the pool. There is a second pool near the AA apartments and check in area which may offer more for families with small children. All the B units were being updated in December-January. The management seems very concerned with keeping property values up and pay close attention to maintenance. While the units are "older", the furnishings were modern and the units tastefully decorated and modern. We had a great time and will return again this year for another 2 weeks. PS - we watched 2 rocket launches from Cape Canaveral from the balcony!”

• The cleanliness.

“Great place for families. Me, my husband and our two kids stayed for two weeks and had a blast at the beach. Only problem was the cleanliness. Nice place though.”

• The pools, the beach and the rooms. All gorgeous and clean.
• That I had to leave at the end of the week!

“I have been to Ocean's Landings with my family every year beginning when I was 1 year old, up until I was 9, and then again when I was 15 and 17. I'm returning this summer to Cocoa Beach with my boyfriend and I wouldn't settle for any other resort. This resort and all it offers, are of the best value for your money.”

• Beach, pool, friendly, family oriented, activities, awesome!
• A little run down.

“I stay here with my family every year in February and love it! The beach, heated pool, racquet ball, tennis, volleyball, Jacuzzi, gym, admitting, basketball courts, a steak house in the front, along with a club, and a friendly staff. I get so excited to be able to vacation here, because it¿s within walking distance from a Denny¿s, beach wave, and run joins! People are regulars here every year so you always have friends you know tanning down by the pool with a drink in your hand. It¿s close to Disney world. I love this place!”

• Area.
• Room, staff, not clean, not happy with what I bought at all! Even the door and lock didn't work right. We had room at 11.

“Not happy at all! The room was dirty, the shower was not good, the faucet was not working right and the tub porcelain was worn out. The staff didn't return a call to our room witch we was expecting. ”
