• the lobby was nice
• Far from beaches, minimal breakfast options, nasty beverages and temperpedic beds that didn't work.

“we were told that it was close to the beach which it wasn't. We were not informed that it was located on a major highway so it wasn't peaceful. The hotel was not located near tourist attractions and the continental breakfast was horrible.”

• Proximity to where I needed to be.
• Old, out-dated look of everything in the rooms.

“Rooms were dull and out-dated. Staff was friendly and helpful especially when a drain line in our suite busted.”

• Let us use a local health club - very nice.
• The keys were a joke.

“We had to have our keys changed 5-6 times. It was an inconvenience when you came back with dinner and you had to go to the front desk to let you in. I love a cold dinner. The night audit person had a personality like a rock, when we had questions, she had an attitude like we were bothering her.”

• The staff was friendly, otherwise, it was horrible.
• The room was very dirty and poor location.

• I loved the hotel room, It was big, and had good amenities, like the fridge and coffee maker.
• Never got to try out the Jacuzzi, wish that it was open later.

“This hotel lobby was clean, and the room was excellent. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and would go back to this hotel again.”

• Nice comfortable room.
• Bed linens weren't clean the first night, bathtub drain wasn't working correctly.

“I really enjoyed the stay. We in a private part of the hotel with no neighbors. The bed linens weren't exactly clean the first night so we had to complain, the bathtub didn't drain correctly. Because of this, it was only a nice experience.”

• Heated pool and nice courtyard.
• Poor internet connection and low water pressure.

“Hotel is conveniently located in Clearwater. Hotel is older but has been kept up fairly well. Nice outdoor pool that is heated with tropical courtyard. Not a resort by any means, but a nice place to stay if in town for a few days.”

• The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly.
• They only offered two double beds or one king size bed they did not have queen beds or pull outs.

• Friendliness of the staff. Also, the general manager, Peter Perez went out of his way to allow us to switch our night from 3/25 to 3/31.
• The mattresses and the air-conditioning unit were absolutely terrible. No interior rooms.

“I have always been extremely pleased. I have never been more displeased with a hotel stay. The staff was great. The room was clean, but this is a 1 star hotel in terms of comfort. Had I bought this on the open-market (which I would not have), I would have checked out and demanded my money back. Again, the GM was great about changing our check-in date due to an unforeseen change in our travel plans. Although there is a restaurant on-site and a pool which makes there rating higher, it starts with comfort and these beds were the worst - not representing Radisson in a positive manner!”

• It was very clean. I appreciate that.
• The sauna was out of order; the hot tub was not working properly, often blowing the circuit. The final night of our trip hot tub would not heat.

“I enjoyed the hotel. The staff was all very kind and helpful in the hotel and restaurant. The only problems were that the spa and sauna did not work properly.”

• The suite layout with two DVD/TVs and large room divider doors.
• Sofa hide-a-bed was not up to modern standards.

“We could not have been more pleased with the price, location, and quality. We only needed a stop over on a road trip from Florida to Tennessee. We named our price and got the three-star property to our complete satisfaction.”

• The lock was broken on the door felt unsafe.

“This is the second time we stayed in the hotel and it wasn't as pleasant as the first experience. This room was not as nice as the first. Also, the latch on the door was broken. We were unaware that we would be staying in a motel type room with outside entrances. That is not the way it was billed.”
