• The manager on duty.

“The housekeepers
have
stolen money from my friend. I wouldn't even trust the front desk. There were too many people behind the desk unattended that were not the auditors.”

• The beds.
• The staff was not very helpful and lacked some professionalism.

“Overall the hotel was what I had expected. The room was clean and breakfast was good, however, the staff was not helpful and did not even hang up her cell phone call to answer a question. The hot tub was not functional and the pool needs some repair work.”

• Old No Elevator Poor Lighting.

“Hotel suites all on 2nd floor. No elevator lighting & decor was less than most economy hotels Whirlpool tub had no heater very few TV channels. Not Radisson Quality.”
