  • Very friendly front desk staff, and the pool was open late.
  • Bed could have been a little more comfortable, but it wasn't bad.

  • Lobby very nicely furnished.
  • The wireless Internet access had a poor signal and did not allow us to go online.

“Overall, this hotel was very convenient, incredibly affordable, and a very nice place to stay for 2 nights. The staff was friendly, the lobby is very welcoming and warm, and nicely furnished, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was obvious that while many areas in the hotel had been recently renovated, the pool was not one of them -- the skylight/roof area is rusting and old, and the entire space needs a paint job. The wireless internet had a poor signal throughout our stay, and so was not an option for getting online. We were also disturbed by the cleaning staff before 10am both mornings. There was no "do not disturb" sign in the room to put on the door. Otherwise, no major issues, and I would go back for the convenience and proximity to family members we were visiting.”

  • The hotel allowed me to do a eary check in for no extra charge and a late check out.
  • The indoor swimming area could have been warmer.

“The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend the staff to make sure that guest bring the laugage carts back for everyones use. The indoor swimmimg area could have been a liitle warmer and we could have used the pool longer. Over all my stay was great.”

  • Easy to locate from the highway.
  • The rooms need to be updated. Bed linens were nice but bathroom was rundown.

  • The staff was very helpful and very courteous.
  • Hotel is showing its age. It's little dinghy and dark. Bathrooms leave a little to be desired in terms of cleanliness.

“ Not bad, but I would think hard about taking a lady friend there for a romantic interlude. Good for just plain business travel with the excellent sport's bar. ”

  • Hotel is clean, room is comfortable, staff was helpful.
  • Staff forgot to pickup our breakfast card on the door but delivered it timely and did not charge for the breakfast.

“This is the second time we stayed at the hotel. Our stays have been pleasant. The beds were comfortable the staff was cordial.”

  • Someone had a key to my room and entered it.

“Usually I don't mind this hotel, but with the unfortunate incident that happened when someone entered my room it was very scary for me. I called the desk and they said Sorry. Would have liked to be offered another room, free night or something. Nothing was offered.”

  • The attention and helpfulness of the staff.
  • No complaints. It was wonderful.

“We had a heat outage at home and needed a warm place to sleep near the kid's school at a reasonable price. The hotel staff provided gracious hospitality and my family experienced the night as like a mini-vacation with the oversized fluffy pillows, indoor pool, quality toiletries, cable television and weight room. They asked if we could go back for another mini vacation.”

  • The ease of check-in, the friendly staff and the excellent room.
  • The pool was supposed to be inside and heated. It was inside but was not heated.

“We arrived at 8 pm on Thanksgiving night and were greeted by the Hotel Manager. When I asked if he'd been able to celebrate Thanksgiving, he said, "I am celebrating here while my wonderful employees celebrate with their families!" Our stay at this hotel was amazing!”

  • Staff did their best to accommodate us.
  • TV was old; and why can't hotels provide a better music system than a clock radio?

“We have stayed in this property over the years since it opened in the late 1990s as a Ramada Inn. Sheraton's management has improved it by cleaning it up, and running it more smoothly. We would stay there again.”

  • Free buffet at happy hour at restaurant.
  • Remodeling, smelled like glue, hotel staff just ok, detail cleaning in room had allot to be desired.

“Not at all what I would expect from a Sheridan Hotel. Hotel staff; average at best. Just an okay experience. Rooms not "detailed" cleaned.”

  • Staff was very helpful and friendly.
  • The room was smaller than I expected.

“The hotel met our needs. They are doing some renovations at this time that maybe concerning to some travelers. The staff was number 1, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, they were all welcoming, knowledgeable, outgoing and smiling.”

  • We called and asked for room service past hours and they still made took care of us.
  • Nothing.

“Hotel staff were helpful and took care of every little detail. We asked for room service a 12:45 a.m., the kitchen was closed and they turned things back on and took care of us. We were there for a trip to a concert for my daughters 15th birthday and the hotel made it a great trip.”
