There was nothing I liked about this hotel.
“I would never return to this hotel. I was not expecting anything spectacular but I always expect the room to be kept clean and maintained. Even the entrance doors were difficult to open. I would never recommend another Quality Inn to anyone of my family members or friends.”

The location was the best thing about it. It was very easy to find.
It is a motel, not a hotel. It may be the location, but I won't go back to New Haven as a business traveler except to pass through.
“Hotel has been up-graded. For a low level hotel, it was adequate. Rooms were clean and updated, but the linens were thin and with a cheap feel. Towels were rough and somewhat Spartan. For the price, I'd rather have booked directly with another hotel in the area.”
