• I like the roar of the train that passes by every few moments in the night.
• The key to the room did not work properly. It would eventually but it took many tries.

• In the middle of town.
• Everything else.

“Everything was really bad, no service minded staff, half of them couldn't speak English. The firealarm fell down and hit my brothers leg while we were watching television. And the only thing the lady at the desk could answer was: "I don't care, and I can't do anything".”

• Nothing at all.
• No wireless internet. Door was broken and toilet was messed up.

“The hotel is horrible. Everything there was not working well. I could not lock a door because it was broken and toilet was messed up too. They had almost nothing for their "continental breakfast". Also, they did not have wireless internet. Whenever I complained something, all they say is to move a different room and see if it is working. They did not even try to fix anything.”

• Price.
• I did not like the room size which was only a little bigger than the bed!

“The room was barely large enough to fit the bed, one chair, a nightstand, small table, and TV which completely blocked the room's window.”

• Downtown location near restaurants and shopping.
• No electrical outlets for computer, music, cell phone charger, hair dryers, etc.

“If you need a place to sleep but plan to enjoy Downtown Flagstaff, these quaint accommodations may suit your needs. If you desire any amenities or prefer a softer bed, this is not your first, second, or third choice. But it works for road weary travelers who don't plan to stay long.”

• Nothing, very dirty and rude employees.
• Bath room dirty, sheets had an odor, and room awful.

“This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. Do not stay at this hotel. It was dirty and the employees were rude! I was worried all night that my car would be stolen. Do not stay at this Hotel.”

• The location is the only good thing about this hotel.
• The staff was rude.

“Do not stay here! Although it is very close to down town the poor quality and bad service are not worth it. The beds are so hard and uncomfortable. The restroom is tiny and hot water is limited when it finally comes out. The front desk person was rude and billed my credit card even though I handed her my confirmation page which clearly indicates I had already paid for the room. The parking lot is too small! Someone broke my tail light. It is not worth it to stay there.”

• Its very close to the train track and the train passes every 20 or 30 minutes all night long honking the horn really loud. Impossible to sleep there!

“Impossible to sleep due to the train. It is on the route 66 so cars also make noise. Personnel is quite unfriendly and the performance depressing.”
