“Recently renovated and still making improvements. Room was adequate based upon my expectations. Excellent proximity to beach, restaurants and shopping. Friendly desk personnel afternoon snacks were provided.”

• Wine, cheese and fruit from 6 to 8PM. Nice surprise. All complimentary.
• Not knowing prior to visit the renovations taking place in the building.

“We enjoyed all the amenities including free internet access. The staff bent over backwards to make us comfortable. Good choices for the complimentary breakfast. All in all, a great place to park weary bones and recharge one's spirit.”

• Comfy bed. Beautiful kept grounds.
• Breakfast is beyond bad, strong odors in rooms, poor quality internet.

“Not impressed with quality expected from a Holiday Inn. The staff was very friendly, the grounds were well maintained, the bed/pillows were super comfy. Easy on/off access to I-95, great restaurants and local entertainment, But. The room stunk like cleaning agents, the windows are silicone sealed closed, couldn't attempt to let the beautiful Florida Weather in to air the room out, rooms feel stuffy. The free Internet is unsteady wireless and only get 1/4-1/3 signal in rooms and have to go to lobby for good connection, even though I set up at the window and was in line-of-sight and close to the Lobby Building. Breakfast was horrible, tasted day old, the Biscuits can double as hockey pucks, the Gravy had consistency of glue with chunks of alleged sausage, the waffles tasted like cardboard and the Omelets were spongy with Sandwich slice type cheese. Even the Orange Juice came from the machine that mixes concentrate with water. The coffee was bitter with a burnt flavor. The hotel building is very old and you can tell they tried hard to renovate & freshen the rooms. I planned to stay for 3 nights, Checked into a different hotel the 2nd night.”

• The common areas inside were very nice looking. I was here 7 yrs. ago and it's greatly improved.
• The T V stopped working. That's about all I can think of that I did not like.

“The hotel was very nice. I loved the full breakfast in the mornings. There was a lot of variety and it was all included in the price. The hotel is close to the beach, and the Boynton Beach mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made me feel at home.”

• The hotel room was clean.
• Security Guard tried coming in room at 11:30 at night. Then front desk called. We have a baby.

“Overall the hotel experience was not great. It was clean however the bathroom door handle kept falling off and the tub didn't drain. In the middle of the night a security guard knocked on the door and before we had a chance to come to the door he was already opening and trying to come in the room. It turns out he was at the wrong room. It also seemed like he was trying to stick his head in to look and see my girlfriend. Then the front desk called about 10 minutes later and we had 2 young children in the room which the youngest being just a year old. It was almost midnight at this point and we were lucky that the baby didn't wake up. Overall it was a place to stay but not a place that left you rushing to come back.”

• Location was right off the express way.
• It seemed a bit pricey for the room we got.

• Location and price were great.
• You had to walk outside to get to the rooms.

“We got the room for a great price. When we got there our door would not lock and the phone wouldn't work. I kept thinking maybe this was why we got such a great deal. They came right away and fixed the lock. It was a very nice and very quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone; it was right off the exit.”

• Very clean room, excellent bedding, good breakfast included in price.
• Not enough free TV channels- There were a $9.95 fee to view Disney channel.

• Clean, well kept, friendly and helpful staff.
• Hotel overcharges for vending and laundry services. They should cater to the business traveler as that is their base.

“Comfortable for business travelers. Microwaves and mini fridges are $10.00 extra per stay. I would bring my kids here. Overcharge on vending and laundry service. Staff was very friendly.”
