• The staff's helpfulness.
• Their continental breakfast came from a three-day-old bakery!

“Room was average or less. No in room hairdryer and their loaner was less than garage sale quality. Staff is friendly and helpful.”

• Desk staff was friendly and courteous.
• Bathroom needs remodel. Side door was left propped.

“The staff made this brief stay a plus. Both desk clerks I dealt with were friendly and willing to share information. The seal was separating between the wall of the tub and shower stall, there was a large rust stain on the floor near the toilet, and the light switch plate had a hole in it. The room was adequate for a short stay.”

• Location.
• Sloppy.

“They were not going to accept my confirmation that I made in December for my January 1st stay. They said their rates went up on January 1st! However, their sign outside still had the rate I booked it at. They have a lot to do to bring this Motel up to even a Star 1. It was suppose to have wireless internet but it didn't work, so I had to go out to the lobby and hard connect. By the way, I did get me confirmed rate!”
