• Price.
• Pool cloudy and carpets filthy.

• Comfortable beds, easy access to everything, and price.
• Pool should have been closed until finished, dirty water and area, daily room cleaning could have been better.

• Easy to find, friendly staff
• You can hear everything going on outside your room(people yelling and playing)

“Overall pretty good, just noisy neighbors during the day, but not much at night. Within 15-20 minutes from the beach and across from a huge outlet mall. Not a bad deal for those wanting to save some money on a beach trip”

• Nice beds, internet, free breakfast.
• Did not know that the entrance to rooms were on outside, prices were too high.

“Rooms were clean and comfortable, deluxe breakfast was nice. I thought the price was very high for this kind of hotel or I should say motel. Overall it was good. Nice pool.”

• The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
• It was not located on the beach.

“This was a nice hotel for the price. The lobby and our room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located across the street from the outlet mall and a few miles from the beach. I would recommend it.”

• Location was perfect.
• Price was too high. Shower head terrible.

• Room seemed old, chair and ottaman had holes.

“Fair location, poor room and bathroom. I was there with two great aunts for the funeral of another great aunt. I was embarrassed that I had booked this room! I have stayed at his before and they were very nice. This one must be old.”

• It was very close to everything I wanted to go to (the beach, the mall and Lamberts).
• The pillows.

“I enjoyed myself and was very shocked to see a great breakfast each morning. I am use to going to hotels and getting cereal, fruit and bagels for breakfast.”

• The breakfast was a really nice surprise!
• I left my little blue address book there in the room, I called back twice and I still havent heard back!

“The bed was very comfortable, with lots of pillows. The breakfast was really good (sausage with gravy biscuits, etc. except for not hearing back about my little blue address book, it was ok.”

• The carpet in the room looked dirty.

“Great location for shopping and not difficult to get to the beach area and great dining. Room atmosphere was good for the price, but the carpet needed cleaning.”

“We went to Foley to shop, primarily at Tanger Outlet Mall. The hotel is right across the street from the mall, making it a handy base for shopping.”

• It served a great breakfast, the pool was nice.
• Bathroom needed to be cleaned better, floors needed to be vacuumed dead beetles all over the floor and under the bed.

“We had a very nice stay. The cleanliness could have been little better. The free breakfast was the nicest that I've ever had at a hotel. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would visit again.”

• Housekeeping staff did a great job. All staff was friendly.
• The water leak in the room.

“Good hotel for the price. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast bar was good and well stocked throughout time specified. Pool was very nice. Fitness room small but acceptable. Clean building and grounds. Good atmosphere. Felt safe. Did experience a water leak after a hard rain causing the carpeting in room to be damp, but we felt maintenance and staff addressed the issue appropriately. I would recommend.”
