• Location.
• Incompetent staff and internet was not working.

“This was the most disappointing Microtel I have ever stayed at. The room was clean, but provided nothing but the ordinary in terms of soaps and shampoos, and I was in a suite! The internet in the lobby did not work at all, and the breakfast was almost sub-standard with junky pastries and cheap cereals. Nothing special.”

• The fire alarm at 4:00am.

“This hotel is very clean. The rooms were small, but we did not spend much time in the room. I would stay here again.”

• Had many great amenities for the price and great handicapped accessible features.
• We had no problems with the room.

“We had never stayed in a Microtel and were very impressed with the room amenities. Some motels do not offer as many and cost a lot more. The handicapped room was great and appreciate the non-smoking option. We were stranded in another city (Hagerstown, MD) because of bad weather, so we found a Microtel right off the interstate that had an available room. It was a god-send to be able to get a nice clean room during the storm with out worrying if it would be a nice place.”
