• This hotel had bugs and I can't like with bugs.

“This hotel was located in a good spot, but was not clean at all. This hotel had bugs in it. I had to get another hotel and the one other that I chose was not too clean either.”

• Nothing.
• Worst customer service I have ever received and I am in hotels 4 nights a week.

“I am a commercial pilot and was put up in this hotel in January for an overnight trip and received an infestation of body lice. I will never stay in a Microtel Hotel again. Microtel refused to reimburse me for medical care, lost wages etc. and refused to acknowledge any responsibility for my trouble, they even inferred that I brought the infestation into their hotel.”
