  • The front desk person was nice.
  • The room was dirty, carpet was smelly and dirty.

“Hotel was not clean and in fact had an odor to the room ( I believe it was the carpet).”

  • The pool next door cause they told me that was where we can swim besides that it was horrible.
  • Absolutely everything.

“This hotel needs to be removed from your list of hotels that you send travelers to. The accommodations are not good. The surroundings are not safe, need I say more.”

  • Nothing.
  • Smelly room, no maid, lousy breakfast, poor staff, and lousy breakfast.

“This was the worst hotel that my wife and I have stayed at in years. The room had three smell zones. None of the ice machines worked. There was only one set of towels for the hotel, no garbage can, no iron, no soap, no shampoo, air conditioning that barely worked, uncomfortable mattress, noisy guests, paper thin walls, dirty shower, crappy breakfast, no internet, rundown hotel, and soda machine stole my money.”

  • People were friendly.
  • Room needs to be demoded, as mold was growing in the pictures.

“The room had mold growing in the pictures and on the shower curtain, tub had the ceramic coming off, towel rack fell, the coffee maker still had coffee pack left in from someone else, rug was wet by the door. don't think we'll stay there again.”

  • No water available for 24 hours.

“When I arrived and checked all was ok. When I returned from dinner there was no water. Checked with hotel desk 2 hours. Later and they said people were working on it next door at the travel lodge (incorrect). Plumber did not arrive till next day and water was not restored until about 4 pm. They provided no accurate updates when I asked so I walked to travel lodge to get info. No shower, no flush toilet.”

  • It's in a good location.
  • They did not have any water for 2 days.

“The first night I arrived they said the water would be on in a few hours, that night we could not bathe. The second day, they said the water would be on in a few hours, that the people were working on it. I did not see anyone working on anything. Finally, on the second day I had to change hotels, so I could bathe. Also they kept accepting new reservations knowing they had no water, they should have told us the first night that we might want to go somewhere else.”

  • The staff attempted to help with reservation errors.
  • Reservation was for smoking. Got smoking.

“Smoking reserved at hotel. Staff attempted to help. Computer system all messed up. No internet access. Lots of maintenance works in room. Poor quality.”

  • The price.
  • No alarm clock, refrigerator, or coffee pot. The cable TV was very snowy.

“The room was clean. The staff was friendly. This was a no frills motel though and met my needs for a one night stay, but I would not vacation there.”
