Our Pool Homes are the perfect choice for a family Vacation / Holiday in Florida... Our Two (Adjacent) family-owned 4 bedroom, 3 bath (2 En-suite), air conditioned executive homes/villas (which accommodate a maximum of 8-10 per villa) with their own private (heated and screened) pool and shaded lanai with a Fireworks view of Disneyworld, Hot Spring Spa, Large Screen TV, DVD player, Playstation II, Free International Telephone Calls, Computer with Free 24 hour Internet Access, are located on THE premier 5* gated community in the Disney area known as the 'Windsor Palms Resort' (formerly known as 'Wyndham Palms'). Renting either of our homes gives you automatic membership for the duration of your stay to use the resort amenities, which include: a clubhouse, large Olympic size outdoor pool, whirlpool and spa, separate toddler pool, cinema, fitness centre, video arcade, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, billiard tables, children's play area, picnic and BBQ areas, sundry shop, business facilities, 24 hour gated entrance and a shuttle service to the attractions (small charge for shuttle service). NOTES: 10 Percent paid on all non-negotiated rates. 13% Florida tax is NOT included in rates, Pool Heat $147 per week + tax, if requested, Stays less than 7 nights incur additional $100 + tax cleaning fee. Credit cards accepted for the standard 3% service charge. Discounted rates for Weekly and Bi-Weekly stays. $350 booking deposit (non-refundable).
