The Sunnyside sleeps up-to ten people. The master suite features a king-size bed, a TV set, a walk-in closet, and a large bath with a separate shower and a corner tub. The other suite features a queen-size bed, a large closet, and an en-suite bath and shower. Two additional bedrooms feature two twin beds each; and they share a bathroom with a shower and bath tub. The kitchen is fully furnished and completely equipped. You can dine in the eat-in breakfast nook -which seats six, the formal dining area, or at the poolside. The living room features a nice sitting area with cable TV, VCR and DVD players. A big sofa folds out into a queen sofa bed. From the living room you can see the covered lanai, screened-in pool, and SPA.
