• The staff was very friendly and helpful
• nothing not to like

“This was one of the best hotels we have been in in a while. The staff was really nice and pleasant to be checked in and out by. The rooms were kept nicely and we had no problems.. What a relief considering what we have been through in the last few weeks at hotels.”

• the guy behind the counter was really nice
• everything besides the guy behind the counter

“This hotel was horrible. The bathroom was filthy and I called and asked for it to be cleaned and three hours later I was still waiting. The fridge had a horrible smell coming out of it and the microwave was nasty. So I went to the front desk and left. I'm still waiting after 3 weeks to get my refund that I was told I would receive.”
