• Generally a nice hotel.
• Noisy.

“ They had a few conventions going on and they were scattered all over the hotel, it would have been nice if the gymnastic competitors were all together. ”

• Good location. Quiet environment. Looks good on the outside.
• Dirty carpet. Elevator interior falling apart. Ice dispenser empty and difficult to access.

“The breakfast "restaurant" was a small convenience store with very limited stock. The "main" restaurant was closed, maybe because of lack of interest. The "amenities" fee did not include breakfast.”

• The pool was great and the location was close to Disney.
• This hotel calls itself a resort. We had to pay an additional $ 13 per day. Disney opened at 8 am and the first shuttle was leaving at 8:40 am!

“ The rooms were decent. They were older and there was mold in the bathroom. The pool area is great. The food is so overpriced. They claim "kids eat free" but our 2 adult breakfast's were $ 45! Even the Pizza Hut inside was very expensive. They call themselves a resort and charge like one, but they are really only a nice 3 star hotel.

• The pools were very well kept.
• The rooms are in need of some renovations.

“ For the price that we paid, this hotel was excellent. We found that certain renovations need to be made in the rooms and the staff was not very responsive to resolving these issues. To site an example, our room phone was not working properly. I walked down to the front desk and asked them to send maintenance at 8:45 pm, which is the time I would be returning to the room from the restaurant. At 8:45 pm, we got a wake-up call the phone ringing was the only part of the phone that would work, everything else was pure static. The maintenance person obviously never showed up. Then, the next morning, they gave us another wake up call at 8:45 am. The phone never got fixed. If I had to stay at this hotel again though, we would definitely do so for the price that we paid. The pool area was great and overall, the hotel was pretty good.
”

• Clean, well maintained. The shuttle to and from the parks. Free internet
• Did not offer continental breakfast.

“The hotel was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. We really liked the shuttle service back and forth to Disney, Sea World and Universal. It was also really close to eateries and shopping.”

• Clean; comfortable beds; close to where we wanted to be.
• Staff was rather courteous.

“ Front desk staff was short and courteous when they learned we booked through Priceline and weren't part of the convention participants. "Courtesy" transportation to Disney was inconvenient to the point where we just drove ourselves (so incurred parking charges); was given incorrect info by staff when we inquired about their transportation and how it worked with Disney's. Since we didn't use anything their Resort Fee covered, felt that was unfair (plus they shouldn't accepted our "bid" if they were tacking additional $ onto it once we arrived. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. ”

• The heater was very loud when it would cycle. It woke me up a few times each night.

• Lobby was nice.
• The room service food was disgusting.

“Room was not ready at the 4 pm check in time. There was what looked to be wine on the bathroom door with hair stuck to it. When we asked where we could buy a jacket, guest services sent us 4 exits away, when there was a great store about 2 minutes on the same road. I believe 3 star upscale should at least be central AC and plasma TV. This was more like a giant Motel 6.”

“Well located, clean, and family friendly. I would recommend it to anyone. The price was more than commensurate with the facilities.”

• The Rooms.
• Run Down.

“I have been to this hotel several times. This is the first time I brought my family up with me during Christmas 2009. The rooms had German roaches about which we told to the manager; he gave us a little refund and claims its his first he heard of this. The pool looked a little dirty. The location is great and the beds are comfortable. I don't know but I must have stayed at this hotel at least 10 times, but this time around, it just look like it needed more maintenance. There Restaurant had a great Buffet. Good Luck!”

“Dodging duck droppings going into the motel in the main rear entrance was no joy. They did not clean it up and it was everywhere and more added daily. I said something about this to the front desk but got little reaction. These are not wild ducks and are encouraged to stay around the entrance with a feeding station.”

• Great facilities.

“The hotel/resort was great. It exceeded my expectation. It was clean, the staff was attentive and it had everything I needed The only problem was the surcharge I was forced to pay on a daily basis. That was an unwelcome surprise.”
