• The pools were really nice.
• The shuttle to and from Disneyworld were horrible!!

“If you take the shuttle to Disneyworld you can not stay until the park closes. You have to leave before it closes to make it on the last shuttle. We had to take a taxi home on the day we took the shuttle and would never go on the shuttle again.”

• Beautiful pool area, very nice rooms.
• A mandatory service charge of about $11.00 per night was added onto out bill. This covered services that we didn't use.

“It did not make us happy to find extra charges added on. In addition, we didn't find out about these hidden mandatory charges until checkout.”

• Nice people running the place. Pool was adequate.
• Rooms were overused, bathroom floor was dirty.

“Location was adequate for business travel. Sadly, the bathroom floor was covered with long black hair that was not mine! Had to mop the floor myself so I could walk on the bath floor without cringing. Pool facilities were fine, add on charges were not appreciated. I felt as though the star rating of this hotel was not accurate.”

• Having two restaurants on the property was nice, and the slide and waterfall in the pool were a surprise.

“Our first room smelled awful, so I went to the front desk and they gave us a new room. At 3:330 am I awaked from my sleep to the loud banging noise which turned out to be the air conditioner? So we had no air for the rest of our stay. Good thing it was only one night.”

• Surprise activity fee with taxes.

“70's decor and color in room. Unsafe lighting situation in rear most parking lot. Automatic gate was never down, especially after 11 pm as front desk stated. Surprise activity fee.”

• Very cozy. Location.
• Terrible moldy odor.

“I would not stay in this hotel again. I thought because it was a 3 star that it would be clean. Although we had maid service the toilet was never cleaned. The building had a terrible musty odor and the decor outdated. I would rather pay more and have a nicer room.”

• Public areas were well designed and pleasant.
• Room had foul sweaty smell.

“Older hotel that is in need of remodeling. The rooms needed to have the carpets and beds replaced. The room and the bathroom smelled like it was moldy. The location was very good and the public areas were nice.”

• Nice grounds, convenient location.
• Non-optional $11/day fee added to bill for transportation to theme parks ad coupons given for bar not open, unbearably hard bed.

“Nice grounds and room, but the bed was the absolute hardest I have ever slept on at any hotel at any time. I do not think we will ever stay at a Radisson again because of this. A bad bed cancels out the other positive things!”

• Close to Disney World.
• Beds too hard.

“Our family stayed for 3 nights. The beds were rock hard. You think, Radisson has Sleep Number beds and that is why we picked this hotel. The location is the only good thing about the hotel if you are going to Disney or Sea World. The staff was good at their job but not very friendly. The ad said the pool was heated, Not. The hot tub was almost as cold as the not heated pool. We did find the other hot tub on the backside of the pool with the slide.”

• Small beds and rooms.

“There was an additional $11/night room charge. The room was slightly smaller than expected, and the beds were tiny but they were comfortable. I tried to move one night and almost fell out of it. One morning the power didn't work in the bathroom or entrance but staff fixed it in under 30 min. It's not a hotel I would call a 3-star from the room, but it is 3-star from its public areas. The room was a little musty, and slightly smaller than what a typical hotel room size is. If I was to categorize the room, I would give it a 2.5 at best.”

• Lots of Bells and whistles, very attractive, great and perfect location.
• The single room bathroom was small.

“This hotel has lots of Bells and whistles. It is very attractive, and it's in a great and perfect location. The whirlpools, pool, and water slide were great. This hotel is in the best location in all of Orlando. Everything is only a short distance away.”

• Beautiful setting.
• Pool cold.

“Ideal location in town, but near to the Interstate. Easy for traveling to all the parks. Beautiful attended gardens and waterfall. Rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds, and attractive rattan furnishings. Staff was all pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!”

• The location was great. Lots of good restaurants nearby, close to theme parks.
• The bathroom was very small, and the sink/mirror was inside bathroom rather than being separate. Didn't put clean linen on bed when room was cleaned.

“The grounds were nice and well kept. The room was clean but smaller than it appeared in the pictures. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The pools and spas were maintained beautifully and the water slide was pretty cool. The hotel is in a prime location. Close to the theme parks, lots of restaurants, and shopping outlets. The only real problem was the parking because when we got in late we had to park on a totally opposite end of the hotel from where our room was and walk over, but I would definitely stay there again.”
