• Bed was comfortable.
• These people do not know what customer service is.

“Room without washer/dryer, whirlpool tub or stove. Management would do nothing for their error. Bug was in the towel and no chairs available at the pool. Stay away.”

• Large room.
• Noisy - pool area late at night. Sofa sleepers were falling apart. House manager waiting in our room for our departure!

“My concern about the hotel was mainly the house manager waiting in our room for us to leave so that he could start cleaning up. It was a bit uncomfortable and we felt very rushed that morning although check-out was not until 10:00am. They could also, start moving in some new sofa beds in place - the sofa beds were not easy to open especially when the sofa was moving towards you while opening - because of damage springs, etc. Pool area very noisy at night - not everyone is up late at night!”

• Rooms were large with a Jacuzzi tub.
• Way too hectic, building lobbies smelled funny, elevator in building was out.

“The rooms were nicely designed and had a large TV, Jacuzzi tub, and lots of room. The fixtures were noticeably cheap, including the polyester bed spread (not good on a hot July night in Florida). The AC was good, but by no means accurately displayed the room temperature. Walls were thin, we heard other parents arguing with their kids. Staff was friendly and the check-in area was nice, but it was far too hectic and busy to feel like a true leisure stay.”

• Nice and quiet back in and a great pool and they had entertainment for everyone if you wanted to participate and they had a quick check out.
• If you wanted to use a shuttle you had to pay extra.

“Being in the heart of the action it was very quiet and the beds were great. The pool was very nice and the water was warm and very clean. The rooms were very nice and clean also. Thank You.”

• The room was fully appointed and stocked. Very spacious.
• The business center and exercise facility is too far from hotel rooms. Literally a drive.

“Room was beautiful, the business center and exercise facility was too far from any of the buildings. But the hotel is close to Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios. Would stay again, would just prefer that they made more space available for working out and conducting business may be in one of the other buildings that is closer.”

• I had to ask for everything twice.

“Clean, very friendly staff, very close to Disney, Universal. Only problem-I had to request everything twice, as if things were not noted the first time.”

• Price, location, washer and dryer in room.
• Does not have daily cleaning service.

“We have stayed at this hotel twice. The location is good for area restaurants and Disney world. The room was very clean with a full size fridge, washer/dryer, and large bathroom. The only complaint would be that the facility does not clean the room on a daily basis and the beds are not the most comfortable. Otherwise, we greatly enjoyed our stay.”

• Vacation Village at Parkway is a great place to stay when visiting Disney/Orlando.
• Finding a parking space in the evening can be difficult.

“The resort is located near the intersection of I-4 and Hwy 192 and is just minutes away from Walt Disney World Parks. The rooms a very large and well kept. Wal-Mart is located a few miles away on Hwy 192 heading east, so you can buy supplies to take full advantage of the kitchen. This resort is great for families with children who love to swim. Each unit is close to a swimming pool, and the pools stay open until 11pm.”
