“They are in the process of remodeling and expect to be finished in a couple of months, therefore it is difficult to properly evaluate this hotel.”

• Close to the beach. Great staff. Decent free breakfast.
• Could have been a little cleaner and slightly less expensive. More attention to detail is in order.

“The Holiday Inn Express North Palm Beach-Ocean view in Juno Beach, FL was fine for what we were there for. To see a ball game in Jupiter nearby, to shop and dine in West Palm that night (also nearby) and to enjoy the beach the following morning. Room was fine, could have used a little detailing, but was clean enough. Breakfast was hot and free and the staff was great. Would recommend for similar travelers, where the hotel is not the center of your activity.”

• The Location.
• The entire bathroom needed to be replaced. It was in poor condition.

• Nice rooms, very clean.
• Entrance is a little obscured.

“Do not use the map feature to find the hotel, the hotel was about 10 miles away from expected area. Spent 1 hour looking for hotel, finally called hotel for directions. Staff very good at the hotel.”

• Rooms were nice.
• Non-smoking room not available as requested. Desk clerk was rude. Seemed to find one when I complained.

“Hotel was ok. Room was clean. Hallway had a bad odor. Front clerk was rude and unapologetic.”
